Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

Taste was great. This Japanese food experience is unparalleled in America. The Maki Bar provided a wonderful dining experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive.

My experience was underwhelming. We tried this place for the first time and won’t be back. Service was slow, food was mediocre, and there was one table of men that was loud, obviously cursing, and drunk and disorderly. While the ambiance was nice when we arrived for our reservation, it was the only kind that I can say. Not worth the money or time.

Delicious food. Top tier sushi hand rolls. Very fresh and flavorful. The drinks are delicious ( a little heavy on the ice). Everyone working there is very friendly and kind. I love that this restaurant exists Orlando now.

This was my second time to be able to experience Sushi Saint and it was amazing both times! Make sure you sit at the sushi bar, It’s definitely the best experience! All of the hand rolls I got were amazing, and the Shishito peppers are always a hit!

Great job overall. First time visitor and was very impressed. Food was outstanding as was the service. Tried several different types of Sushi Rolls and wow, very good.

Food and service are excellent! Beverage program is quite good as well. I will say the stools at the bar are awkward, but that doesn’t affect the food! I had the crab and the salmon hand rolls, both were delicious! The service staff is knowledgeable about their product and it’s quite fun to interact while they are rolling up your snacks!

We are coming back for sure for the omakase experience! Anything we had was amazing! The service was great! It started raining and the staff escorted us to our cars with an umbrella! It was a really nice touch !

Had another delectable meal at Sushi Saint today and they also informed us they are doing Bite 30 - menu attached as they are not currently listed! They have a killer lunch deal too. Depending on where you sit, they are different menus. You can’t get the lunch special at the bar and you can’t get the multi handroll deals at the tables. It wasn’t that way last time we went so just keep that in mind depending on when you go. We loved everything this time around. Last time we weren’t a fan of the crab hand roll. But, the both Wagyu options are the most outstanding. Note - parking is about $6 for 2 hours in the lot. You can use the Park Mobile app.
