Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

Fish quality was amazing. However, the menu had very limited selection. The price was quite expensive, and I felt like we could’ve had a better deal with better food elsewhere. However, our waitress was excellent.

Sushi Saint is such a good hidden gem. Fun menu, neat sake-based cocktails. Food takes a while because everything is prepared and rolled fresh so be patient! Our server was Vanessa and she was exceptional at walking us through the menu and helping us select sake. Definitely back soon!

Love this restaurant. Second visit. Wanted to see if my second visit could stand up to my first which was amazing. I will be a regular. Keep up the great work!

Karina, Sev and Lydia we’re all amazing! The staff is highly personable and knowledgeable about their food and drink. Parking is on the west side of my four near a hotel so parking is easy. Loved it going back again next week!

The owner and the staff were fantastic. The service was wonderful the food and drinks were perfect and the atmosphere was great. the person I was with was even better. The Teriyaki Tofu bowl was to die for. The sushi was amazing. Would definitely go again.
