Welcome to Okeya Kyujiro Our Omakase Experience is a chef’s choice menu consisting of seasonal ingredients mainly sourced from Japan. It includes approximately 25 courses with mostly sushi.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
Please let us know before taking a reservation any allergies or food restrictions to know if we can possibly accommodate your needs. We do not accept outsiders food or alcohol in our establishment. We do not have a kid’s menu.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel by this time will result in a cancellation fee. Parties of 5+ full will be required to pay the full price in advance plus 20% service fee. A valid credit card is required to make the reservation. To cancel a reservation, simply cancel through the OpenTable email confirmation or email us: info@info.ca

This was my 2nd time coming here for dinner, almost a year ago since the 1st visit. Had a friend from Tokyo visiting so we took him here. The experience was roughly 25 courses with a good explanation of each dish and you can watch them prepare the dishes in front of you. A mix of nigiri, cooked food, soup and even a ramen. Food was fresh, chefs were interactive and we all had an amazing time. Even our friend from Tokyo said he was impressed and something you would expect from top omakase's in Tokyo.

VERY DIFFERENT RESTAURANT BESIDES ENJOY THE FOOD PLUS ENJOY JUST LIKE A SHOW. WE HAVE A GOOD TIME.

This is one of the most amazing dining experiences! It is not just an incredible food experience (which it is!) but it reflects the dedication and focus of the chef, service staff and the many chef supporting folks. It is a spiritual experience as food meets culture and a chef who fully invests in the dining experience!!

My wife and I had an unforgettable dining experience at Sushi Okeya Kyujiro in the Vancouver, DC area. The omakase dinner we had was simply phenomenal and truly felt like Michelin Star level service. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the attentive and knowledgeable staff who made us feel so welcome. The 25-course meal was an artistic performance, with each dish meticulously prepared and presented. The quality of the fish was outstanding, with fresh ingredients that left us in awe. Every bite was a delightful explosion of flavors. The pacing of the meal was perfect, allowing us to savor each course and truly enjoy the experience. The highlight for us was the Wagyu A5, and Tuna which was incredibly tender and flavorful. The ambiance was intimate and elegant, adding to the overall magical feel of the evening. We were particularly amazed by the chef’s skill and creativity, making the entire dining experience both a visual and culinary delight. If you’re a sushi lover or just looking for a unique and memorable dining experience, I highly recommend Sushi Okeya Kyujiro. It’s worth every penny and more, a true gem in Vancouver’s dining scene.
