Sushi Kashiba is Seattle's destination for Japanese fine dining at its highest level. Located right next to historic Pike Place Market. Take a coveted seat at the Omakase sushi bar, where you just might find multi-James Beard Award nominated Chef Shiro Kashiba hard at work.

Ordering one of Sushi Kashiba's chef curated sushi dinners is probably your best bet. The cuts of salmon, toro, tuna, yellowtail and other fish are always fresh and beautifully presented. The meal is finished off with Sushi Kashiba's trademark cake-like egg dessert. The restaurant also features à la carte items like agedashi tofu, oysters on the half shell and Chef Kashiba's New York Times featured black cod kasuzuke.

Fantastic experience. Highly recommended. Service was top notch (Brandon, our service, was highly knowledgeable and courteous) and food was excellent.

A really nice experience, great food and kind team ! We had the peak menu which comprised a starter (grilled mackerel with a salad), then two sets of 6 nigiri sushi’s (you can indicate if you don’t like certains type of fishes or shells), Finlay a miso soup with a sweet little attention. Everything was well balanced in taste and spices. A pity we live so far and cannot taste this more often !

Absolutely incredible experience! We did the omakase chefs counter. Highly recommend. Worth every penny!

Just a totally different level than any other place. The food, obviously, but also the service, ambiance, beverage program, is unmatched.

Its tasty but dishes are quite small and to me it didn't quite have the wow factor that many other Michelin guide or Michelin starred restaurants in a similar price point have.

Fantastic dinner at Kashiba as expected. We did the chef’s selection “peak” dinner and it was amazing and delicious - as good as the best in Tokyo.
