Sushi Enya is a Japanese sushi restaurant that first opened in the heart of Little Tokyo in Downtown, LA. After five years of perseverance and experimentation in Downtown, LA, we opened our second location in beautiful Old Town Pasadena. Our third location, which opened in 2018, is located in the beach city of Marina Del Rey. Our owner Chef Kimiyasu Enya trained for over 10 years in Japan to perfect his craft. It is our goal to ensure that quality remains consistent and every experience is enjoyable for all guests.

The first point to make is the Lemon roll was outstanding! We were first seated on the patio facing the street. The car noise was not good, so we asked to be moved to the patio on the side. There it was quieter, we could hear the light music better. Everything was at a peaceful level to enjoy conversation. The sushi and sake were delicious. Service was great and kind. All around, a lovely experience.

We have been going to Sushi Enya for sushi. The service is great and so is the sushi. Wr always order the salmon sashimi, Tiger Crunch, Albacore Fried Onion, and Yunu Roll.

Came here again last night and had reserved outside seating. The hostess confirmed she had us down for the patio but that none were available because tables were taking longer than expected to leave. She informed us that the people at our table were approaching 2 hours despite the 1hr 30min time limit. We asked if she could have them leave especially since every time we have come here, we have been informed of last call well in advance of the time limit. She came back and told us she had only just notified them of last call and that we could continue waiting or choose to sit elsewhere! We specifically came here for the patio seating but ultimately elected to sit elsewhere because she would not waive the cancellation fee ($50 per person) despite not having our reservation honored. One of the most disappointing dining experiences we have ever had to go through considering the time limit was not enforced but she had no problem enforcing the cancellation fee. Do not expect to have your reservation honored here. I see no reason to return to an establishment that can't get something as simple as telling a party their time limit is up.

Truly an amazing experience at Sushi Enya and with Chef Aiden. Would definitely recommend the omakase here!

We continue to go back to Sushi Enya and are never disappointed. It is consistently good- sushi very fresh with many options.

Sushi Enya is cozy and intimate, and the food is to die for. Good amount too for the price. Amazing!!!

Had a mediocre experience last year and gave it one more try. Fish is good quality but limited menu, rolls with way too many ingredients and high prices make this a non repeat for me
