Relax and enjoy as the chefs prepare a playful reverie on modern nigiri in a free form interpretive take on the traditional sushi counter experience where you can enjoy unexpected riffs on beloved standards. The "Chef's Choice" Omakase menu is the only menu served at Sushi | Bar at $175 per person excluding beverage, supplements, additions, gratuity and tax. This is a set menu and most dietary restriction cannot accommodated.
