We booked for Valentine’s night, and on the basis of what we experienced wouldn’t do so again, despite loving Sushi and Salad. Once we were seated, the waitress told us they needed the table back in 1hr 30mins, which we weren’t advised when we booked the table over a month prior. We were also told when ordering that we were only able to order food once, opposed to the usual when you can top up on dishes if needed throughout your meal. Hot food (not sushi) arrived first, fairly promptly, but then we had over an hour break when no further food arrived at our table. We were conscious of the limited time they had stated when we sat, so felt quite stressed and were clock watching, which is less than ideal for a romantic evening celebrating an anniversary. Finally a waitress came over and asked if we were waiting for food (we also saw this happen with another table), and we confirmed we hadn’t received any of our sushi dishes yet, to which she seemed very surprised and ran off to check with the kitchen. Our sushi dishes did finally arrive, along with 2 free tuna nigiri as an apology for the wait, however truthfully if there had been more time we would have ordered more dishes. We ordered desserts, but the waitress who came to the table with them told us that the people booked after us had arrived and were waiting for the table. The couple were sat at the bar near us watching whilst we ate our desserts, adding more to the rushed feel of our meal, so at that point we just wished to be finished as soon as possible. The food is always spectacular here, but they need to rethink their Valentine’s set up. It was clear the kitchen couldn’t cope with balancing the completely full restaurant and the takeaway orders being collected, and it impacted the restaurant experience for many. Also, we should have been made aware of the limited table time when we booked, which we were not.

Overall we had a lovely meal. Reservation made for 6. Usually, we don't have an issue, but tonight's service seemed a bit off. The delay between the platter arriving and the hot food for half the table was abnormal. Once the food arrived the rest of the guests were able to enjoy their meal. But 30 minutes from one dish arriving before the rest is a bit excessive. Sadly, the waitress did knock over my tea cup and I had hot tea spilt onto my lap. Fortunately, it wasn't boiling hot. I was a bit disappointed that it wasn't offered to have my skirt dry cleaned after the incident. I can appreciate I was given some paper towels but maybe a regular towel might have helped absorb more of the moisture from my wet clothing. This was an accident & it won't deter us from a future visit, but it was unpleasant. Once again. The food was enjoyable. The bubble tea was pleasant, too. Pros: good food, nice ambience, and fair price. Cons: 30+ minute wait in between platter arriving and the hot food for half of the table.

Friendly and highly qualified staff. Lots of delicious sushi, combo number 2 is my favorite. I recommend this place.

First time we visited. Service was really good. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of gluten free options. Had the vegan rolls and the portion was big. The Inari sushi and duck and hoisin rolls were very fresh and tasty. Again a good portion. Would recommend.

I liked the interior and the atmosphere inside. A small intimate restaurant. Very nice service. The food is very good, everything is fresh. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. I recommend it to everyone.
