Join us and dine right at our Forks Township, Easton Restaurant serving unique cuisine in a welcoming & memorable environment. With a focus on customer service, attention to detail, scratch-made New American cuisine & Wood-Fired Pizza, all in a chic but casual atmosphere.

My wife an I went out to have a nice dinner. We were going to go to Thyme in Easton but decided on Surv since it was closer. We have been to Surv before several times and always had a nice experience. We got there a little early to have a drink at the bar. Justin our bartender was very nice. Unfortunately the wine by the glass selection especially for white wine is limited. After drinks we got seated. Our waitress was Peggy who was also very nice and attentive. For our appetizers my wife got the Caesar salad which she liked. And I ordered the tuna tartar which was very good. For entrees my wife ordered the Kabiyaki salmon which she loved. I unfortunately ordered the meat lover's wood fired pizza. The pomodoro sauce was so sweet (just tasted like sugar) it totally overpowered the Spicy Sopresatta, Mortadella and Smoked Salami which should tell you something about how sweet the sauce was. So needless to say I didn't have an entree. At least they took it off the bill. I was definitely disappointed this time.

We were seated in one of the booths, which was wonderful! The cosmo that I ordered was fabulous. My husband ordered the mussels and if he could have licked the bowl clean, he would have, he said they were perfect. I had the brie appetizer, which was bubbling hot, and smelled wonderful. I would have wished for more of the pecans with the cheese, but it was still tasty. My husband had the salmon entree, which he said had the right amount of sweetness from the sauce and loved it. I had the chicken and "waffle", which was mac and cheese crisped up in a waffle iron, and that was so delicious! Kinda like having a whole bunch of the crunchy top of mac and cheese fresh out of the oven. And my chicken breast was perfection. I was not too thrilled with it being served with bread and butter pickles, but I was pleasantly surprised! They were not overly sweet, just enough and still a bit crunchy, and it added so much to the bite! We will definitely be back!

Always a wonderful experience, whether just stopping in for pizza and drinks or a full entree and dessert.

We waited for over 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive. The salads came out before our drinks. Two of our meals were under cooked. The staff seemed very overwhelmed.

The restaurants atmosphere was awesome. Beautiful restaurant. The prices are very reasonable. Service was perfect.

My fiancée and I planned an anniversary dinner at SURV. Upon arriving (with a reservation) I requested a booth which the male host said they were taken while 3 were open and the restaurant was quiet. The male host then says I have to put you in the “common” area and puts us in a table right in front of the kitchen where the door was going open and close constantly. The host was rude and didn’t compromise but then a very nice waiter took our concern and moved us which was greatly appreciated. Food was good but not over the top great. I enjoyed their drinks more. Ambiance was very nice and my waiter was awesome!

There were 7 of us for a birthday dinner. The ambience is great and the service was wonderful. The food, however, is so so. Nothing great. Two people had the scallops and it was all served swimming in an oily liquid. One person had a shrimp pizza that was supposed to be spicy and was not at all. All the food was just warm. Nothing was hot. The mocktail menu was nice. Not sure I would come back when there is much better food in the area.

Alex one of the Managers was very attentative and Chris, our waiter was excellent. Excellent Food choices and food quality.

Excellent service excellent food overall great experience. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Everybody in the restaurant was friendly attentive. I couldn’t ask for a better place to eat.
