Join us and dine right at our Forks Township, Easton Restaurant serving unique cuisine in a welcoming & memorable environment. With a focus on customer service, attention to detail, scratch-made New American cuisine & Wood-Fired Pizza, all in a chic but casual atmosphere.

Our vibe is fun, energetic, welcoming, and cool- never stuffy or snobby. We believe that our attention to details both inside and outside of the kitchen is what has fueled our success. We welcome all to come and enjoy our passion for food, service and ambiance.

This was a last minute decision and we had the best experience from beginning to end. Our drinks, dinner and dessert were all delicious. Our waitress was super attentive.

The space is modern and sexy. Great service, excellent cocktails and mocktails. Our meal was delicious, but a bit on the salty side. We definitely will return.

The pizza was nothing exceptional. Chicken and waffles was fair to good.

Everything was overall good. We were disappointed with the Brie appetizer. It lacked flavor and was had a very watery consistency; it also only came with 4 tiny pieces of bread for a decent size serving. Otherwise, no complaints and was a great meal.

Our first time at the surv. It was very clean, food excellent we had the pork chop and lamb chops. Was really good. Great wine selection. We loved the love booths. Highly recommend.

We were a group of five colleagues having a business dinner. Food and service were excellent, interior design and atmosphere wonderful, noise level low enough to have conversations without having to yell.

We had a great experience dining at your restaurant. Food and service was excellent. It was my boyfriend's birthday and the gift he received at the end was so very kind. We of course will definitely be back.

If you're looking for a chill yet elegant spot for date night or a celebration, SURV Restaurant is a solid pick. The vibe is cozy and classy, with dim lighting and beautiful decor that make it feel special without being over the top. The service was great--our server was super kind, knew the menu inside and out, and gave some really good recommendations. She checked in just the right amount, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering. The food? Really good and worth the price. Some might say it's a little on the expensive side, but everything is fresh and made to order, so it feels justified. We started with the Trio Fryz, which came with solid dipping sauces (the BBQ sauce was the standout). The Baked Brie was nice, and the Crab Cream Cheese Egg Rolls? A total hit--easily a 10/10. For the main course, we had the Chicken and "Waffle." The "waffle" was actually mac and cheese, which was a fun twist. The chicken was seasoned perfectly--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Definitely a dish we'd order again. Overall, the whole experience was enjoyable. Great food, awesome service, and a laid-back but classy atmosphere.
