There is something to be said about consistency with restaurants. This has been the most consistently clean , well prepared restaurant in our area. The drinks from the bar were perfect, the staff was knowledgeable. Always love the modern look and yet very comfortable .A+

First we were welcomed by Zack. Our server was Robin who was very attentive. We had Everything Salmon which is one of our favorites. Yum!

Last evening, my family and I were excited to try out a new restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. The booth was comfortable, & the ambiance initially intrigued us. However, that excitement quickly faded the moment I received my Hendrick’s with tonic & lime. A Hendrick’s should never be served in a Collins glass with a faded, old lime. Crafting a proper cocktail takes pride & intention, & unfortunately, this one tasted like watered-down tonic with a mere splash of Hendrick’s. It set the tone for the rest of the evening. The Old Fashioned wasn’t much better, although it at least came with a square ice cube in a rocks glass and a sliver of orange peel. But the mussels? Absolutely the worst we’ve ever had. The broth tasted more like diluted chicken stock & butter, lacking any real seasoning. While the bread was warm & delicious, the olive oil it came with was disappointing—served in a dish too small & seemingly watered down with no flavor. Waiting for the main course was an ordeal in itself. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, it took an unusually long time to be served, which I suspect was due to our waitress also doubling as the bartender. Though she was kind & attentive, she seemed distracted & busy with something else happening across the restaurant. By the time our main courses arrived, we were thoroughly disappointed. The steak in the rice bowl tasted expired & unseasoned, while the pizza was a disaster—way too much sauce, which wasn’t good, & the cheese was haphazardly applied without any basil in sight. After nearly two hours at the restaurant, we left feeling let down by what could have been a great addition to the dining scene in the area. It’s clear that this place needs to regroup, perhaps starting with a chef who knows how to cook & a bartender who knows how to craft a proper drink. Sadly, the Lehigh Valley continues to struggle with offering quality dining experiences, & this restaurant only added to that list. We will not be returning.

Our go to date night place. Great food, drinks and atmosphere. We always send our Airbnb guests who stay with us here for a special dinner during their getaway and they always have wonderful things to say about it.

Eric was our server. He is always friendly and welcoming. For dinner we had the Jasmine Rice Vegetable Bowl with Salmon. YUM! This dish has crunch from the fresh vegetables and lightly seasoned with Ginger Soy Butter. This is our new favorite dish.

Olivia was our waitress tonight. She was great! We had the Jasmine Rice Bowl with shrimp. Very tasty, fresh veggies without being covered in sauces. Loved the texture & hint of ginger. My new favorite.
