Welcome to Surf Restaurant, we are located in the Woburn Village.
Everyday our team of chefs work with our seafood buyers to source the best quality seafood. Our standards of excellence start with the selection of the top of the catch each day. We go to such lengths to secure the freshest seafood for one reason – our high standards of excellence demand that every ingredient we use is the best. Although we can tell you how fresh our seafood is, the only way to really know is to taste it.
At Surf you will find New England classics like fish & chips, NE clam chowder, steamed lobster. You will also find chef driven seafood dishes such as Lobster Kristina in a brandy cream sauce, miso marinated salmon, sesame seared tuna and fried tomato bacon salad.
Surf Woburn is a contemporary open restaurant with a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a meal with friends and family as well as a business meal with welcoming hospitality.

My husband got the clam chowder which he liked very much. And the seafood Trio. I got the seared scallops dinner and it was delicious. The cocktails were just right. And we ended up with sorbet. Our server Shannon was very pleasant. Low key, no rushing, great dinner.

I love Surf! We’ve been many times and have always had a great experience from the service to the food. The sushi is by far some of the best around!

The food was outstanding but the service was awful. The hostess who seated us was the rudest person I have ever met in the hospitality industry. No greeting. No smile. She just charged across the restaurant toward our table like she expected us to trot to keep up with her. Food was delivered to our table with a glum thud. No fresh utensils between courses so I was left to wipe appetizer sauce off my knife and fork when the main course arrived. When we left the restaurant, we received another scowl from the hostess. But I might actually consider returning to this restaurant because the food was absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, with interesting flavor combinations. The miso glazed salmon with asparagus and jasmine rice was probably the best salmon I have ever had. I hope management provides more training for front of the house staff so they can provide the type of service this food deserves.

Loved my shrimp tacos, brussel sprout Cesar salad and pomegranate martini!!! Consistantly yummy Best sushi around! I love the spicy salmon sushi!

This was our first time eating here. The food was very good. The salads were made with all fresh ingredients. The fish tacos and fish and chip were excellent. Our server, Jackie, was fabulous. The noise level was deafening.
