We've eaten here in the past and loved it, that's why we returned. However, tonight was a HUGE disappointment. The server had to be called over many many times, and even then, we did not get our refills of meat, veggies, or water and tea. She also did not replenish the corn, mac n cheese, and egg. Did I mention this is an AYCE restaurant with a time limit of 1.5 hours, and there were 5 of us on 1 small grill? We had to even ask her to switch out the cooking grill, which they used to do like clockwork on prior visits so you'd have a clean surface to cook. Also, the grill doesn't seem to heat up much, so it takes a while to cook the meats. Which with the time limit to eat, the slow to no service, mediocre heating grill, we left hungry. Needless to say, we will not be returning. Idk if ownership changed or management, but it is not the same as before. Poor poor service! Such a disappointment!

Sura is always a 10/10 for my friends and I! We love coming here for casual friend dates or to celebrate! It’s always a good time, with good food!

My go-to Korean bbq spot in Hawaii as a frequent visitor. The quality of the service and food is great! Bibimbap, soups, fried chicken or fries are included in All You Can Eat price.

It was great time with my fam. Especially service is excellent. They asking often what I needs and smile. Also this time 12th anniversary deal 3 people for AYCE around $100. It’s very reasonable in Hawaii!!!! Thank you Sura:D

Always great food for a reasonable price for AYCE. It’s always just so noisy and crowded in there. But the service is generally quick and nice. One major issue of this visit though was that the oil from the grill (side portion with corn and cheese) splattered and almost got onto my skin. But the waitress put napkins in the side dish compartments to soak up the oil and stop the bubbling/oil splatter.

Love to come here for late night dinner. Food never disappoints. Love the happy hour pricing. Good music and vibes. 10/10 would recommend for someone looking for a good AYCE Korean bbq place open late.

Service was awesome! Meats were delicious! Recommend beef brisket and thin pork belly. Kim chee was tasty and just enough kick. Tofu kim chee soup was steaming and delicious. Disappointed with limited banchan selections. Check menu for any ‘must have’ ban chan beforehand. Went on a Thursday at 8p. Made reservations for 4 on OpenTable same day. Easy and convenient. We will be back!
