What a terrible experience. We are visiting from Ireland. The Vanderpump brand is seen as refined, elite and luxury. The reality couldn’t be further from what the business portrays. This is supposed to be a glamorous restaurant. It’s shabby in the extreme. Pipes run across the ceiling. Unfinished electrical covers and rough carpentry adorn the walls. The decor is cheap. Music pumped out constantly. The restrooms are a poor reflection of a 3 star restaurant never mind what you would expect from a high end business. Food was very poor. They were the worst potato stuffed crab cakes we’ve had in the US. It’s hard to get bad slaw here. Vanderpump has perfected bad slaw. The Vanderpump wine - Chardonnay was pumped, warm and barely passable. The wine list lacked any sense of sophistication and knowledge. The staff did their best but with few customers on a Wednesday evening, our leaving comment was that we’d give the place six months. It’s a cynical exercise in celebrity and exists purely on the basis of flawed media hype. it doesn’t deserve to be in business.

My boyfriend and I are visiting Los Angeles. I have always wanted to visit Sur and was able to plan a romantic date night. Your restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations. It was very beautiful and the food was outstanding. Thank you for a lovely evening. Christina from Dallas Texas!

To say this was a bucket list item crossed off is an understatement. Peter was at the entrance when we arrived where he graciously got photos and showed us to a wonderful table. Our server, Hannah went above and beyond and was so lovely and even brought us a sparkler to celebrate our one year anniversary. The short ribs were amazing, the goat cheese balls were everything & more. The Pumptini was delicious and the only complaint about the beet salad was I wish there was more because it was sooo good. When we left, the person at the entrance offered to take our photo again after seeing me snap pics. 10/10 experience for any VP lover, or anyone wanting a lovely evening with beautiful atmosphere.

Incredible - the restaurant is gorgeous. Staff was cool and felt like we’ve known them forever. Food was off the chart -and our table was so intimate and romantic

I’ve been wanting to dine here for quite awhile and so for my birthday I was able to get my family to come along. We had a great night! The food and drinks did not disappoint. Everyone enjoyed the meals. I had the BEST night. Thank you!

The staff are super friendly and attentive. Food was pretty good, but a bit overpriced. Goat cheese balls are to die for though. They are a must have!
