Sip, eat & learn as he deconstructs a 200lb tuna from head to tail. After Breaking down the majestic beast, Chef David and friends will artfully serve a tuna focused Omakase experience where the guests will enjoy unique pieces of tuna from several parts of the fish. Two seatings offered; 6PM and 8PM; available dates 8/6, 8/20, 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19. Our very own master Chef Eric Baker presents a masterful fusion of Japanese and French Cuisine in a curated 15-course tasting menu, set in our Sunset Sushi Omakase lounge. The menu will a progressive approach to Chef Baker's globally inspired cuisine, with a focus on Japanese ingredients (fish and meat sourced directly from the Japanese Markets), while employing a French technique and approach that he has honed over a 20 year career which has spanned the globe. Our beverage director will be offering a wine pairing to accompany your experience for an additional charge. All special requests are politely declined for this special evening.
