The SOLARIS is a 125′ yacht with three decks of indoor and outdoor spaces, including panoramic windows throughout the indoor dining rooms and the open-air sky deck. Our staff, including our captain, chefs, and servers, is committed to giving you the best service and experience, whether it’s a vacation dinner, a night out on the town, or a special occasion.

You will find groups on many of our dinner cruises who are celebrating special occasions. If you have a more intimate dining experience in mind, please call our reservation line at 850-650-2519 so we can find the right table and cruise for you.

Skip the cooking (& the cleaning!) this year and instead cruise aboard the 125' SOLARIS Yacht for Thanksgiving Day. This 2.5-hour cruise experience includes a traditional Thanksgiving Buffet, complete with carved meats, southern sides, fresh vegetables, and dessert. Iced tea, coffee, and water are included and a full bar is available onboard to purchase beer, wine, and cocktails. Two Thanksgiving Day Cruises are available, from 11:30a-2p, and from 6p-8:30p. This family-friendly cruise is perfect for both small and large parties. Reservations are required and availability is limited. SOLARIS cruises from the Baytowne Marina inside the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.
New Year's Eve Dinner Cruise (21+)

Dine. Dance. Cruise! Ring in the new year aboard this exclusive New Year's Eve dinner cruise aboard the 125' SOLARIS Yacht. This event is exclusively for guests 21+. Enjoy a four-course chef-prepared dinner, live entertainment, complimentary party favors, a midnight champagne toast, and a booming fireworks display. This 4.5-hour cruise is from 8p-12:30a. Check-in will begin at 7p. Reservations are required and availability is limited. The SOLARIS cruises from the Baytowne Marina inside the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Special parking will be available for our guests.

Overall experience was ok, seemed rushed, not as organized as expected and tightly packed tables. Dance floor was small, experience could have been different in nice weather. Food, ok. Not top rated. Overpriced drinks and apps.

Outstanding! My friend and I had the very best time! We are from the Midwest and being on the beautiful Floridian waters was absolutely breathtaking! We can’t say enough about the atmosphere and dining experience we had and the friendly outgoing staff on the ship! We definitely would recommend this to everyone!
