The Bermuda Chapter of the acclaimed New York cocktail bar is now open at Cambridge Beaches as a dockside tavern and tropical cocktail bar with a uniquely Bermudian dining experience created by Chef Keith DeShields celebrating "roots" cuisine. A diverse fusion of flavours with Caribbean and Portuguese influences, the menu is based on recipes passed down for generations and features truly Bermudian dishes including Bermuda shark hash, homemade callaloo pasta, and cedar smoked plantain stuffed wild boar loin.

Average at best food and service. And overpriced . Dated decor , hot and clammy so not sure if a/c was not working or not on right setting but unacceptable. Too many other restaurants to go to on Bermuda where you will get very good food, service and not leave light in wallet and sweaty .

Excellent food, service and experience! As a guest at the resort, we tried each of the restaurants onsite, this was our favorite!

This is a fabulous restaurant. The food and the service are both excellent. There are many gourmet choices. The pineapple upside down cake dessert with chocolate was extraordinary. Service is very attentive and the outdoor tables are lovely. I recommend this restaurant without reservation!

Beautiful harborfront outdoor dining setting. Staff was very attentive, friendly, and gracious as they answered all of our questions regarding the menu. My husband got the catch of the day but didn’t want it blackened so the chef seared the red snapper instead and it was perfect. The candied Bermuda tomatoes were amazing, as were the scallops. The drinks were almost too lovely to drink - the sunken swizzle was a nice twist of the Bermuda rum swizzle! We shared the millionaire shortbread dessert which was a perfect finish to our meal. Excellent evening!

Exceptional dinner at Sunken Harbor Club last night. Cocktails like white zombie, rum barrel, mai tai, and pineapple daiquiri were expertly mixed and balanced. Himachi truffle app was incredible. Octopus was delicious. Snapper was catch of the day served over shrimp risotto. Lamb Wellington was a treat. Whiskey infused ice cream for dessert. Yum!

The service was good. The food absolutely blew our expectations. Creative and delicious dishes. Noise and ambience were also good with the minor exception of a family letting their kids run around wild and taking out the servers.
