Chef Stacé of Sunflower Café is keeping the tastes of France in Bayport, serving authentic French Cuisine with fragrant and farm fresh ingredients. It was my 3rd visit to the Cafe and as experienced the last two visits, everything was wonderful. I brought a friend who will definitely be coming back. I love the ambiance. The peace and calm of the atmosphere and the obvious care the wait staff shows in making sure each diner is satisfied. I’ve come for both lunch and dinner and the food has always been delicious. The desserts are wonderful and that coconut cake at my last lunch visit was above and beyond delicious.

i love sunflower cafe and bakery. the food is always delicious. the staff is so friendly. Its wonderful to see a restaurant that believes in great quality and authentic food thats consistently great! We need more restaurants like sunflower cafe and bakery on the south shore of long island. Bravo.

We dined on a Tuesday night and had the place pretty much to ourselves. It was quiet and the servers were quite attentive. We were a reservation of five and all ordered something different. The food was delicious starting with the escargot and beet salad. Highligting our entrees were the duck, braised short rib, halibut and steak & fities all cooked to perfection. an enjoyable had by all.

A little gem. Excellent, and knowlegable staff. Selections are on point with attention to detail. The cocktails are inovative. The desserts are not to be missed.

2nd time visit. Again, Great Food, Great Service. Loved the Butternut Squash soup, which was on a special menu, and the Cod on Lemon risotto also a special.

Lovely environment but a pork main dish was overcooked and dry and it's all about the food. Because of that, we won't return.

Food and Service impeccable. Restaurant is beautiful and intimate inside. Both my husband and I ordered apps from reg menu and entrees from the special of the night. All were fresh and delicious. We can't wait to go back

We were pleasantly surprised and happy that the new owners kept some of the same dishes we loved from the original restaurant at this location. The food was delicious and we will definitely go back. My only criticism would be the name which is deceiving since this is not a bakery. We probably would have never gone until someone told about the menu and type of food.
