There was a smorgasbord of food with an upbeat ambiance & live-music and waitresses & waiters were attentive to us. I will definitely return again. Thank you!

We enjoyed ourselves overall, the only thing was that the service was not as good as expected. We had to hunt down help for drink refills and condiments. There were many people at the buffet, so the management should have instructed the staff to be more attentive considering it was a 120.00 per person not including the tip. They should consider using the team approach with waiters so people could ask anyone available for help.

Third time for brunch and the improvement was amazing. Better service and the food selection and quality far surpassed the two previous visits. Got a great table near the stage as well. A truly unique brunch experience.

My reservation was at 1:15pm, but I checked in at 12:50pm. It Looked like the Royal Sunday Brunch meal about to be end of the day because I did not see Crab legs and Poke Cup at the Sea Food Section. I have asked the service staff and she said it was only serving at 10am to Noon. I am very disappointed and Looking toward to dispute my meal. Why the menu is listing all food for the brunch and I was at the brunch and found out it was not truth. There is no messages alert me about limited seafood if I book my table at 1:15pm. I believe that it was scam and I should not be charged for the food.

The food was amazing very great quality. Atmosphere was light and joyful had live music. Will most definitely be back again.

Absolutely fantastic four star review live band was perfect except we were very close to them. The food was outstanding. The service was continuous.

First time for Sunday brunch , won’t be the last ! Highly recommended ! Exceeded our expectations. I thought $100 was great value . Live music , great selection of various food choices and got to explore the Iconic Queen Mary . That alone is $45 that’s included in the Brunch cost! The Neg reviews re the $100 Brunch cost I think did not realize this included attraction! Want to give a big hand for our waiter , Jose! He and his colleague gave us outstanding service throughout , thank you Jose. On our way back to the parking lot my wife’s Sandel strap broke , a guy in a golf cart passing did a U turn and gave us a ride to our car ! Thank you to all the staff on The Queen Mary for a Memorial Visit 👍🏻

It was a very nice experience. It was our first time. There were three of us and they give you 2 Servers per table. Our Seevers were Alejandra(Alex) & Cindy. They were both very attentive & friendly. The atmosphere is very lovely/classy. And they had a great band playing music from the 40s; very fitting for the time period of the Queen Mary's early voyages. I do feel that the bottomless Sparkling wine/Mimosas should be included in the $98/person price.

Good, not great. Decent food and a good selection, but nothing that just wowed me. Service was spotty. Attentive at first, then seemed to stop. There was no offer of another beverage after my initial soda. I would have liked a coffee, but no one asked, and there was no one available to ask when I was ready. There was also this weird attempt at live music at the end of our meal. This seemed out of place and was more annoying than entertaining. Overall, I was disappointed in this experience.
