Good, not great. Decent food and a good selection, but nothing that just wowed me. Service was spotty. Attentive at first, then seemed to stop. There was no offer of another beverage after my initial soda. I would have liked a coffee, but no one asked, and there was no one available to ask when I was ready. There was also this weird attempt at live music at the end of our meal. This seemed out of place and was more annoying than entertaining. Overall, I was disappointed in this experience.

The good: food was amazing, our server was lovely and the ship is just a cool place to eat. And, the management did what they could to correct the issues noted below. The really not great: The venue was apparently testing out new live music ideas, and it was a HUGE miss. They booked a rock band - a loud, rocking, tambourine shaking band. They were good musicians and would have been perfect for a Friday night. They were not at all what we expected for a high end Sunday brunch. We literally couldn’t hear our self think, let alone talk to each other. I love a good brunch with live music, but this was really really odd and off putting. The management was giving out a ton of discounts and moving unhappy guests as a result, and I really commend them for trying their best. But, I would highly recommend calling ahead and seeing what the entertainment will be before booking a brunch here! It was just really disappointing.

We were so excited to finally be able to enjoy the QM's amazing Sunday Brunch after it's long closure. The food and service are still fantastic. However, the very loud rock bank playing in the Grand Salon made it next to impossible to hold a conversation at our table, especially with my octogenarian parents, for whom this family brunch was a gift. Sadly, it made the experience less than enjoyable. We even saw one group ask to be moved, and the amazing staff picked up the table and moved it further from the stage for them. Thank goodness for the excellent servers and staff who kept our glasses full and our empty plates cleared. I can't remember what the Bruch used to cost, and I know prices are high everywhere now. But for nearly $100pp, before tip and tax, I would have hoped at least some champagne/bubbles would have been included in the price. We know it's our fault for not checking ahead of time, but were a little surprised at the table tent offering champagne for $19.99pp (which, of course, we had to have with our celebration brunch). If the QM entertainment staff can rethink their choice of entertainment (read your audience - there were mostly families and lots of middle aged (yes...me) people there. Even though the band was playing 80s and 90s covers, it just didn't feel like the right fit for the Grand Salon of the QM. Maybe some light jazz in the background?

The Royal Sunday Brunch is $95 (without alcohol), and includes admission to the Queen Mary and parking. Would not go ever again. Upon being seated, they offer coffee, orange juice, mimosas. There was a band playing rock music, making the ambiance confusing. The buffet food itself was not good, compared to vegas buffets that are cheaper at around $70-80. The main attraction was the seafood area and it wasn't full of crab legs - if you got up at the wrong time you are left with scraps. The claws were dry, butter for dipping too sweet. The Asian area had bland chow mein, the Italian mostly serving pasta, cheese, and charcuterie. The only good thing we ate was the prime rib and brisket. Can't go wrong with mashed potato. The dessert had various small cakes, and a huge table of ignored dry looking breads and pastries. Was able to snag the last of 2 macaroons on a sad plate. No ice cream in sight. Servers were overwhelmed with the amount of people. Glasses going unfilled, plates stacking on the tiny table we were seated at.

Food was ok for the price. The service was really poor. It’s a buffet, but we couldn’t get water or coffee even after we asked a few times. Mostly likely won’t go back unless it’s free. Service really is poor.

We had a great time at the Royal Brunch on the Queen Mary! The food was great, top notch buffet, great setting and atmosphere. We couldn’t have had a better server than Pascual, he took great care of us and made sure the champagne was flowing.

Food selections and quality were not worth the price tag and service was the worst experience we have had in many years. The crabs have been frozen and thawed, and the king crab legs were too small. The check in process was overly lengthy and confusing, not to a standard expected of a restaurant that have been around for many years.

The reason why the score is so low with service is after our first plate and we went back for a second plates. They dismantled our table. They took everything coffees, drinks, knife, fork instead of returning everything correctly right away I had to ask for everything back.

Really nice for a special occasion. They have a golf cart to help people with disabilities and older people get from parking lot to the entrance., pleast tip your driver. The food is really good and a great value for the money, as all you can eat crab leggs. They even split the crab legs open, I really like this as I have a hard time with cracking crab. The jumbo shrimp on ice are perfect. Many diffrent food stations to choose from.
