Sunda New Asian is an award-winning restaurant at the vanguard of America’s New Asian movement showcasing Eastern Asian and Southeast Asian regional cuisine. Simple, flavorful dishes are served and shared while a full sushi bar provides an assortment of sushi, sashimi and nigiri options. By seamlessly melding many of the cooking techniques and flavors found throughout the entirety of Asia, Sunda creates a menu that allows customers to choose the dining experience they desire. Sunda’s extensive cross-cultural Asian menu spans many cultures and price points. Sunda also provides a progressive list of premium sakes, an assembly of Asian beers and a well-rounded list of champagnes, sparkling wines, white wines and red wines to complement the cuisine.

Sunday was absolutely delicious! This was our first time experiencing and we left without any regrets. The service was great food was phenomenal with great flavor and freshness. The bathrooms were clean. & the music was a complete vibe!

This was our second time. As a Filipina I appreciate that you featured Filipino-American History month. We were excited going in but the staff who accommodated where we are seating is not just nice as we expected. He originally wanted us to seat beside a couple where there’s no enough space. My husband pointed the spot he wanted to sit down and he didn’t say anything and his face tells a lot that he didn’t agree on our request and was getting two other plates on our table in manner that we can hear it loudly while hi piles it. But good thing the one who took our orders and served our table was excellent. A name Adrian also approached us - he was really nice to us. I just hope if a Filipino eats there they will ask if we can get more shrimp paste or other condiments because Filipinos loved our Filipino dish tasteful (some might think we like it salty) but I do appreciate they were open asking how we think how the food was. Wishing all of the staff are accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much Şunda.

Quality of the food and service was exceptional. Our group of 8 had a fantastic experience as everything arrived quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend.

I have been several times and this visit was probably the worst. How our waitress had a large table, so the service for us was very, very slow. The tempura Tiger shrimp appetizer had no flavor. I ordered a roll for my meal and it came out with the appetizer so then I had to wait for the person I was eating with to get their meal. not sure if I will return here again. Every other time has been delightful, but this was terrible.

Great food both times I have been. Service was disappointing this last time. Waiter seemed very new and was not attentive at all. Asked for omakase and he had no clue what I was asking for. Throughout the meal he became less and less focused on good service. Had to ask to order more food each time and to have simple table cleaning after each course. At this price range I expect more.

Great experience! Loved the ambiance and our server was so attentive and sweet. Brussel sprout appetizer wasn’t what we were expecting but it ended up still being really good. The crazy rice entree was SUPER flavorful and delicious… I only wish it was a little more spicy as advertised, but I’d still order again . Don’t skip the lava cake, it was incredible. Can’t wait to return and order different items !
