Sunda New Asian is an award-winning restaurant at the vanguard of America’s New Asian movement showcasing Eastern Asian and Southeast Asian regional cuisine. Simple, flavorful dishes are served and shared while a full sushi bar provides an assortment of sushi, sashimi and nigiri options. By seamlessly melding many of the cooking techniques and flavors found throughout the entirety of Asia, Sunda creates a menu that allows customers to choose the dining experience they desire. Sunda’s extensive cross-cultural Asian menu spans many cultures and price points. Sunda also provides a progressive list of premium sakes, an assembly of Asian beers and a well-rounded list of champagnes, sparkling wines, white wines and red wines to complement the cuisine.

Had the oxtail pot stickers, lemongrass beef lollipops for appetizers. The oxtail pot stickers were the star of the show. Depth of flavor. Probably the best pot sticker I ever had. Be prepared the apps are more of the small plate variety. Wish we got 6 instead of 4. The adobo pork belly fried rice was amazing. Probably the best fried rice I've ever had. Good portion. The SZECHUAN CHICKEN chick was great as well. Amazing flavor and good portion as well.

We only had sushi and it was good. However, the amount of fish in the sushi was Disappointing . Also very overpriced. I can get just as good or better sushi in Nashville for a literally half the cost. Also very loud in the restaurant. Tables are very close together as well.

We booked a last minute dinner at Sunda for 4 and were able to actually slide into the bar. Service was excellent, great vibe. Solid food. Get the edamame and panda roll 👍 possibly best miso soup in Nashville.

The Filipino food was amazing coming from someone whose family cooks all the traditional dishes like pancit, lecheon, lumpia and more at family gatherings. The service was excellent and the space was super nice! Only downside was with the blinds completely closed it was very dark and caused us to strain our eyes to enjoy the presentation and company. Overall 10/10 would recommend. I know where I’m getting my home away from home food fix from now on!
