    very disappointed. staff not very attentive. not organised at all. not very festive for the christmas period. felt very let down.

    The service was quite poor, as the waiters didn't check up on customers to see if everything is okay or if they need anything. We were not served tea and had to call the waiter over to be served tea. Also we're not given an water

    There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. The food was bought out quickly. The free cocktail is a nice touch. Staff was hard to find when wanting more tea and coffee. £10 service charge is so step considering staff hardly did anything!

    Excellent birthday treat for my husband. Gorgeous place to have afternoon tea. Food was perfect 👌

    Seats a little cramped but once sat down all worked well, a lovely view and ambience. The sandwiches weren't at their best when we got them but scones and cakes were lovely. Those who did help serve drinks and food were very incredibky friendly and professional but on the one occasion we wanted to order another drink it did take a while to get someone's attention, even though there were plenty of staff on.

    Fantastic location.Had high hopes for a lovely afternoon tea with friends. Welcome cocktail very nice. Tea finally arrived halfway through the savory course. (despite the restaurant being half empty) Staff aloof and disinterested. Savory food disappointing - beef very dry - no flavour. Very disappointed.
