The whole experience was fantastic. We arrived early, no problem, we were seated at once. Waitress informed us about the options. We were left to peruse the menu at leisure. As a cocktail was included, we had that first and periodically, the staff checked whether we wanted the tea. Absolutely no pressure. We were allowed to sit unhurried, unhassled with discreet service throughout. A really marvellous experience and great value for money.

What an amazing afternoon tea. The location is great, the sandwich selection really good, the sweet desserts were enjoyable some cakes did feel a bit stale but the unlimited tea and cocktail made up for that. Very filling surprisingly and the price was just an added bonus. I will be raving about this place to close friends and family and will 100% be returning myself. The yacht it is held on is quite a view as well.

We went mid may 2024. Overall good experience. On our day the aircond was not working and since it was really sunny the window were making the space very hot. There was space outside which could have probably make the experience cooler, but since we arrive around 2PM the sun was strong and preferred to stay inside rather than being sunburn (what a joke being in the UK right :) )

Service was impeccable- Thanks Michael! The tea options were limited, the red velvet was inedible but everything else was lovely. The scones were lovely!

I had afternoon tea at Sunborn with two friends before going to a concert at the O2. We wanted to treat ourselves & I’m so glad I found this. The Sunborn Yacht is beautiful, the staff are polite & very professional, the dining room is lovely & we were seated close to the window with a great view of the O2 & Canary Wharf. We don’t realise, but a complementary cocktail came with the afternoon tea, a nice touch. When the food was brought to our table we were amazed, it looked beautiful & tasted amazing. We had a couple of requests regarding the food, which were seen to without any issues, the staff were very helpful & accommodating. Overall, we had a lovely time & were well fed for our concert. I would definitely have afternoon tea on Sunborn again, & would quite like to stay overnight too!

Initially the service wasn't great, we went for a 70th birthday celebration and I put this on the bking but no happy birthday from staff. I had to ask for our tea with the afternoon tea as this wasn't even mentioned by staff or bought out. Service was slow and not attentive at all. We had a couple of drinks after in the bar and service was a lot better. Overall I wouldn't rush back or recommend, it was ok. Unfortunately Nothing special and a bit of a let down for my mum's 70th.

Lovely experience, but when presented with food, an introduction should be made about the what’s inside the sandwiches and desserts. A choice of teas should be listed in a menu too. Our waiter did not know when asked, Michael turned up and saved the day. I did like your inclusion of the mojitos in your tea for two service. We could hear the staff nattering away not too far from us. Attention should be made to the ambiance.

I booked this as a special date for my partner and I wasn't disappointed the staff are nice and explained everything to us even asking if we had any allergies beforehand.We got seated near a window with a lovely view and got a glass of fizz each on the house. The afternoon tea itself was delicious at one point we were both full and still had loads left over I'm a big eater but this beat me I couldn't fault the food in anyway. Would recommend this to anyone and definitely go again.

Waited over 15 minutes before we had to ask someone to take our order. Not once did anyone come to ask if we wanted anymore drinks. Or if everything was ok. Then before we had even finished our food the cleaning lady started hovering the floor under our table.

Afternoon tea wasn’t one of the best ones I’ve been too, but nice to do something different and quirky as it’s on the yacht. There was a small selection of sandwiches and 2 scones each which were lovely, but the sweet cakes were not that great tbh. Complimentary cocktail was lovely and service was great though.
