    Booked a reservation for the first time, never thinking to experience what we did, especially for the cost! First thing after being seated and drinks were ordered, he forgot husbands drink and waters, then told us 3 items were no longer available on the menu, . Never did refill any items after asked 3 times for appetizers, then served meat plate, knowing daughter would only eat ceaser salad because everything else was no longer available (forgot salad after finally returning with apps after asked 3times) never returned to ask for seconds after meat, asked if ready for dessert and gave bill printed incorrectly, we almost missed gondola because of disorganization and service! I was disappointed because we stayed at Airbnb only booking this dinner for our outing and it was such a disappointment. I expected it to be easy enough seeing as we aren’t even ordering from a selective menu and having reservations, you should be prepared to have enough food to seat us!! Would not recommend or return unfortunately. I understand it’s for the view and not fine dining but definitely in need of improvement on the service end.

    Food was poor, service was poor, the table we were sitting at had such a slope that our beer, plates and utensils kept sliding off the table. The staff warned us of this not didn’t offer to fix it or offer a stable table. This was supposed to be a fixed price family barbecue concept with courses brought to the table on an ongoing basis. On top of everything, we had three guests dining with us and quite frankly we were embarrassed about the quality and service. Very disappointed is the kind way of summing up our experience. Oh one more thing, the menu had several of their more popular items not available. They did reduce the overall price of our meal but this didn’t compensate for everything that was lacking.

    There was no one at the bottom to check us in on the gondola. Finally after 45 minutes and several attempts the blue mountain staff let us and another group go up. The hostess was not friendly and we seemed to be mostly an inconvenience. It was not busy at all and we waited over 1/2 hour to get someone to come and take a drink order. Never were we asked to have drinks filled. Food was ok but took a very long time. The person who was obviously ‘the manager’ just wondered around. Not sure what he was managing?! I would not go back or recommend it to anyone based on the level of service and price. We’re not fussy or high expectation people but this was truly a disappointment.

    The foot looked great but flavour was mediocre. The best part was the brisket. Our dinner was supposed to include dessert but it wasn’t offered. The view was very nice.

    Michelle our server was excellent. Made great conversation and very knowledgeable about resort and menu. Food was amazing. Very good size portions. The Dessert of Apple Cheese Cake is a must to have!!!

    It was the last weekend Summitview Pavillon was open. They were short staffed but our server (wish I got his name) but he hustled and ran and did an awesome job. The view is beautiful and the food was tasty.

    Food was super, staff helpful and beautiful location. The only negative was having a reservation 15 minutes prior to the opening time. The system obviously hadn’t been updated.

    The food was very good, although quite pricey! Drinks were also quite pricey but what you would expect for the location. The view, of course, is what we came for, and it did not disappoint. There was a guitar player/singer who was very good, but we had to twice ask the waitress to ask him to turn down the volume as we couldn't hear our dinner partners talking, and we were sitting at a table quite far from the music. Our waitress and service was fantastic, so all in all a great evening.
