Service was horrible! Served soup..no spoon, steak... no knife. Had to ask multiple times for water refill. Food was 8/10.

We booked this restaurant weeks and weeks in advance seeing as we are visiting from London UK. When we arrived we were sat in high top seating by the bar, which in my opinion should not be the case for reservations (esp. those booked so far in advance). Service was fine, however, it was soon clear that this restaurant is designed to capitalise on aesthetics at the cost of food quality. We asked the server to slow things down as we find we are rushed in and out in 40 minutes being a two person party, but the appetisers were served in minutes of ordering and the entrees immediately after taking the last bite of the first course. We were in the restaurant for 45 minutes! Rigatoni all a vodka was just OK and I have had better from fast food Italian joints. Server recommends adding chicken to the dish, and that came with batter falling off (and very powdery/dry) seasoned with dried rosemary that was thrown on AFTER cooking. It was as a result overly perfumed and the general texture was what could only be described as sandy. Significant other’s meal was overly lemony to the point it was inedible after a few bites. We didn’t stay for dessert because of the bizarre seating arrangement and the very borderline quality of the food. The place looks great but won’t be returning unfortunately :(

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! We ordered the cheesy bread as our app and it was very good. I ordered the Halibut and I was very happy with my choice. The fish was cooked perfectly and the bean and corn side accompanied the dish well. My boyfriend ordered the three course meal and chose the rigatoni, which he really enjoyed. The brownie dessert that he selected was also delicious l, and we are not big brownie people! I recommend at least trying this restaurant once if you are in the Disney springs area.

This is our second time and probably the last. Really for the price the food is just ok. Service has always been great but the food is just basic. No reason to spend 47.00 for a salad and a chicken dish that only comes with greens. There is better options.

Another great night at Summer House. Menu is a dream for anyone with a gluten allergy. Love the atmosphere although very loud at times but understandable given the location. Service was a bit slow; drinks were slow to refill, if at all. But server was super friendly. Would love a water bottle for the table since it was often needed to be refilled. I’ll ask next time. Wished the cookie ala mode was softer/warmer to compliment the cold ice cream but was still yummy. Would try something else next time.

Had to reorder 2 burgers as asked for medium cook on them both , then came out one raw and one medium rare , sent one back to be re made and cancelled the other one. By this time everyone in our party had finished eating. When the burger finally arrvived it was now so overcooked it had shrunk. Did not eat it in the end Will not go back !
