Celebrated my wife’s birthday and my retirement during this visit. I made the reservation for my wife’s birthday on Open Table. We arrived on time and were promptly greeted and seated. The table in our booth had a Happy Birthday sign and was covered in rose petals! What a nice touch! Our server, David, was spectacular! He was always there when needed, and provided great advice on menu suggestions. After starting our meals with a glass of Pinot Grigio for my wife and a perfect Grey Goose dirty martini for me, we ordered a Caesar salad and a spinach salad. Both were fresh, crisp and flavorful, and large enough to share. For our dinner we ordered the twin lobster tails, 8 oz filet mignon (prepared medium), and a side of crab fried rice. The lobster tails were perfectly cooked and very moist and flavorful. The filet had a great crust and the center was tender and juicy. The bearnaise sauce was the perfect complement to the beef. The real surprise was the fried rice. It was loaded with crabmeat and was moist and delicious. So much better and different from typical potato and pasta starch options. We were so full from dinner we weren’t going to order dessert. Sullivan’s brought a slice of cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream with Happy Birthday printed on the plate in cocoa. Another beautiful touch that was unexpected but definitely appreciated. We’ve been to dozens of the best steakhouses around the country, and Sullivan’s is right up in the top tier. Excellent food, service and ambience! We can’t wait to come back!

We celebrated my mom’s 67th birthday at her favorite restaurant Sullivan's. The salmon and NY strip were both cooked perfect. Our server David was fabulous & very attentive and knowledgeable. Manager on duty Marissa was warm and accommodating as well. The hostess decorated our table so lovely. It’s truly a treat to dine at Sullivan's, especially for special occasions, because they make us feel so special. Can’t wait to return already

When I first arrived I was greeted by the nicest hostess EVER. She had the biggest most inviting smile. She told me "We are all ready for you, let me show you to your table"! Then the waitress was phenomenal. She was attentive, nice, listened, positive attitude, and she was familiar with the menu and was always smiling! At this restaurant if they were paid by how many smiles they provided the customers the staff would be RICH! This was my first time going to this restaurant, I wanted to take my team member somewhere nice to say thank you for all thier hard work. I chose this place and I wan't dissappointed

We’ve frequented here for many years now and the last 3 times we’ve come here have been a disappointment. Last night our steaks didn’t arrive as ordered yet again. We didn’t send them back because it takes too long, learned from experience. Not sure if there is a new chef or what but for the costs of steaks here and to consistently have them be wrong, we’ll stick to drinks and apps moving forward. Did like the new bar stools in the bar area!

A terribly disappointing experience for a special occasion dinner. Waitress was seemingly disinterested. Took 15 minutes for glass of wine to arrive at table and it wasn't even what I had ordered. I had pointed to the item on the menu but received the wrong thing - a Prosecco I could buy at Costco. When I said it wasn't what I ordered, the waitress looked at me and said "That's the only rosé we have." When I pointed out that there is an actual rosé, not a Prosecco, on the wine list she seemed annoyed. When she brought me what I actually ordered she made a big show of telling us that they had removed the incorrect item from our bill, as if it should have been on there in the first place. My $15 baked potato arrived cold. The brussel sprouts were tasty though. With tip, dinner for two, including a single glass of wine, a single lukewarm cup of coffee, and a shared dessert, came to close to $200. I've received better service at Kid Shelleen's for 1/3 the price.
