We went here for a date night in Raleigh and so glad we found this online. We started with drinks that were delicious-Pomegranate Cosmo and Banana Old Fashion. Next our Spicy Cauliflower appetizer came and it was very good. We ordered steaks, filet with bacon and blue cheese and filet Oscar, which were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Our au gratin potatoes and sweet potato casserole sides were also fantastic. We ended our meal with delicious crème brûlée. Probably one of the best meals I’ve had out in a long time. Our server, Ashley, did a great job taking care of all our needs and being attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for a date night and will go again.

Forgot drinks, steak was cold, waiter didn’t check on us after food was served. Appetizers never brought. Manager compensated the issues we had. Food was good. Been here plenty of other times, maybe an off night?

We love Sullivans and go every year this time of the year for our anniversary. This year was very different, food was delicious but there was an up charge for everything that we were not made aware of by our server which was almost an extra $60 we weren’t expecting.

Really disappointed; one steak arrived undercooked and the other was over cooked. When the guy presented the steaks he asked us to cut into them and when we looked up, he was gone. After waiting for five minutes, we flagged down an another waiter to get ours all the while the third person in our party, ate her dinner by herself. When our steaks arrived there was no apology, she just waited for us to verify the steaks were done correctly. To top things off, a drink from the bar arrived and the glass was chipped, again no apology when the new glass of drink arrived. I have been to many Sullivan restaurants over the years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had; maybe it’s just this location!

Food was not cooled to the proper temperature, loaded potatoes were served cold. Management seemed indifferent. We have gone annually for the last 4 years to celebrate my son’s birthday who lives locally. This will be our last time.

The staff went above and beyond for an engagement dinner for my daughter. They put us in a private room (we had 8 people), rose pedals on the table, champagne at the end of the meal. Our waitress, Robin, was just amazing. It was a perfect evening.

The $5 up charges for bacon, garlic butter and Sullivan’s own brand of Bourbon are ridiculous when you’re paying $150 plate. Come on!

I recently visited Sullivan’s Steakhouse to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had—especially at this price point. Steak Quality & Preparation: My steak was cooked incorrectly not once, but twice. On top of that, it felt like the beef was closer to a choice grade rather than prime, yet it was still priced at $70 or more. Definitely not worth the cost. The presentation was worse than we have seen even at Longhorn Steakhouse. Service: Surprisingly slow, considering there were only about two other tables occupied. We expected more attentive service for such a high-end establishment. Salad: The one positive note was the Caesar salad, which was prepared well and met my expectations. However, this alone couldn’t salvage the overall disappointment. In conclusion, our experience was extremely underwhelming for what Sullivan’s charges. If you’re looking for a special meal, I would recommend considering other steakhouses where the quality, service, and overall value align better with the price tag. Unfortunately, we left feeling let down, and I wouldn’t spend my money here again.
