    Server seemed inexperienced and or entitled. As she did not go over daily features or introduce herself to my guest once they arrived. Overall she was hospitable but not vested in her position as a hospitality professional.

    Food was great! Service a bit slow but we didn't feel rushed at least. Staff very nice and friendly!

    It was our 16th Wedding Anniversary. We came with friends. We have been to Sullivans many times before. The food was good but they messed up our order and my steak came out after everyone else already ate. I was not expecting that. They did upgrade my steak from a 6oz to an 8 but regardless I was disappointed. I scheduled weeks in advance and even indicated it was a special event. Yet, we were placed at a table near the front entrance on a Sunday. I love Sullivans but this was disappointing !

    The food was delicious, however the booths are so close one cannot cross one's legs, people had infants and ring lights, and our server was sweet but not good. We didn't get water for 15 minutes, never got the bread we asked for or sides we ordered. It was one of those situations where the food we GOT was great but we kept wondering where the rest of it was. They comped our dessert though, which was nice. Overall, for the amount of money spent, I am not sure it was worth it.

    Food was amazing service was slow. 300$ for 1 app, 2 entrees (no steak) , 4 drinks, and a desert. I’m sure we will be back!

    Maybe I’m old fashioned but waiting staff looked or smelled grungy. The kid refilling waters smelled like he hadn’t showered in two days, the waitress had quite a few piercings, and the manager facial hair was not groomed to a professional standard. They reminded me of my coworkers when I worked at a bar, not a high end restaurant. The valet service was a nice amenity, due to busy downtown location. Food was exceptional. Facility appeared to be clean and smelled good. Mood lighting is on the warmer side, makes for a romantic setting. I would recommend this place and would go back in the future.
