    Celebrate Thanksgiving at Sullivan's Steakhouse and join us for a traditional holiday feast. We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $51 per person ($25 for children). We will also be serving our dinner menu full of signature items.     The food was very good but I didn’t feel like the price was equivalent. For $200 it didn’t blow me away. On top of that our waiter seemed a bit too busy with managing too many tables. Maybe they were short staffed on wait staff however I saw several other staff just standing around doing arbitrary tasks. I likely will not go back as I didn’t feel the value was worth it.

    Enjoyed the meal, but our steaks were served about 15 minutes before our sides were brought out. Had to send our steaks back to get heated up. Sullied the experience a little. Might consider giving Sullivans another shot in the future.

    Disappointing - both steaks were not cooked correctly. We ordered a filet and New York strip cooked to medium. The NY strip came out well done and the filet came out rare. They made another NY Strip which came out and was cooked correctly but came out with the incorrect topping. The filet took 20-25 minutes to come back out. My wife was finished with her meal by the time it arrived. Very disappointing given the cost of the meal.

    Easily and clearly, one of the finest dining experiences possible in the Triangle area. Voluminous wine list, absolutely unbelievable oysters, and the steaks and seafood to die for. The service was also impeccable with our waiter helping us pick a wine given our constraints. It’s become my go-to place for a celebration on special occasions.

    We love Sullivan’s! They always have the best happy hour (and the best bartenders…) The loyalty program is great too…. They have a new program on Tuesdays called “Chef’s Selections”. Two can eat for $99 - we had to try it. The same great food and exceptional service: our server Raven made the experience special. It’s amazing how the human element contributes so much. Thank you Raven!

    Waited almost 15 minutes for drink order to be taken. Ordered 20 oz Cajun and was later told it was out of stock. Tomahawk steak was rare-ordered medium rare and had to be sent back. Half of our table had to start eating while other half waited 10-15 minutes for tomahawk steak to be returned and cooked at correct temp. Filet was chewy grainy and oversalted. Ordered glass of Pinot Noir on menu and was served completely different one(Rodney Strong). Overall, a very disappointing experience for a meal that costs well over $400. I don’t mind paying this for a top notch meal but this was well below average. Manager offered to load a free app in the open table app for our next dining experience there for compensation which was a joke of a remedy(and he didn’t do so). Will not be dining here again. There are far better options for the price.

    My children and I were visiting to celebrate my brother’s recent marriage and my brother-in-law’s birthday, so we booked a table at Sullivan’s. We arrived on time for our 6:00 reservation. After checking in with the host, everything operated at a snail’s pace. We noted several open tables throughout the evening, and plenty of staff working the restaurant. After a polite greeting by the server, we were given water and a small loaf of bread (thank goodness, because that is all we would have to eat for almost two hours). Drinks were slow, but one of us had ordered a smoked cocktail, so we knew that would take a bit of time. Our soup and salad arrived somewhat slowly, but nothing compared to the wait for our entrees. After 1 hour and 40 minutes of waiting, we asked the server what was taking so long. Several tables had come, eaten, and gone in the amount of time we were still waiting for food. She indicated that she had put the order in on time but that “the kitchen just keeps telling me that it’s almost ready.” She sent the manager to our table, but not before they had a heated discussion, motioning at our table. The manager cleared our bread plates and said the food was “coming right behind her.” After another 15 minutes, our food finally arrived except for my daughter’s food. Another 10 minutes and she finally received her salad. Unfortunately my brother-in-law’s scallop dish didn’t come with the risotto it was supposed to have, and it was no longer hot, nor was my food and my brother’s food. We ate what we could, requested the desserts we had already ordered to be packed up, and asked for a manager. She blamed our server and said she’d talk with her. The manager removed the scallops from the bill and “a round of drinks” which included a single glass of wine and two sodas. The smoked cocktail and coffees were not taken off. This was meager compensation on a $300+ bill. The manager didn’t seem very empathetic that our celebratory evening was completely ruined.

    It wasy brothers homecoming (NC Central University). He wanted to get together and have a great steak. The food was really good . I wish I could remember our servers name, he was very accommodating and gave us great service. Food 5/5 and service 10/5.

    We had a bad experience back in January but tried to give it another chance this evening. It was a confirmation that I won’t be returning. Appetizers arrived with no plates, wait staff was not attentive missing things like refilling water, asking for additiinal drinks, etc. Side dishes were not entered but finally arrived after main course was finished. Would recommend other alternatives for similar price points with WAY better service, food and ambiance.
