    My family comes there a lot and this is the first we had this experience . The first words out of our servers mouth were 3 items they were out of. And, a couple items they were short on. Of which one was the filet. Said 8 remaining , we immediately ordered 3. A few minutes later , not available. Ok, we , in a rush, ordered 3 bone -in. They did have my strip. Meat came out, sides a couple minutes later. ( they were awesome, I’ll timed). The ladies were rare (ordered medium) and had to be returned. Came back perfect! Problem being the 2 guys steak were now cooled down. On beverages, 2 glasses of wine were ordered, the Pinot arrived a little slowly. The Merlot was 11 minutes later. Now I know things happen but this level of restaurant is graded on how it recovers. That was disappointing on a $500 tab for a holiday, surprise double date night.

    Very disappointed. Specials menu was given to us and when we got ready to order 2 of them - neither was available. Service poor. Water tasted like chlorine - I think f it was unfiltered . Overpriced .

    Best food , steak was cooked to perfection . Breanna is an amazing server all her recommendations were on point .

    Sullivan’s never disappoints. The food was excellent, our waiter was great. I wish I could go more often but I will be back!

    It was a wonderful girls night dinner before heading to see the Nutcracker ballet. Wonderful dinner.

    I’ve eaten here numerous times and it is usually WAY better. Tonight, one of our steaks was very overcooked and the other was undercooked. It just was not very impressive.

    We have been going to Sullivan’s for as long as we have been in Raleigh which is slightly over 20 years. I’ve always enjoyed the experience and wonderful food. This time was not the same. It appears that the atmosphere has gotten worse and the service was slow and poor. Our creamed spinach was like a watery soup. The steak was over cooked but still tasted good. The potatoes au gratin were fantastic. The desert portion of cheesecake was very small. It appears that management has has no control over the clientele. People come in tshirts and hats. I think I may have been to Sullivan’s for dinner.

    The service was great but it took forever for food to come out. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly in the middle but everything else was overcooked and my Brussels sprouts were very oily. We will not be back for the cost your food should be cooked correctly and taste good. Also given the long wait and no one but the server apologized is crazy.
