Celebrate Thanksgiving at Sullivan's Steakhouse and join us for a traditional holiday feast. We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $51 per person ($25 for children). We will also be serving our dinner menu full of signature items. The food was pretty good but was dampened by poor service. We had a friends birthday that started at 745 9 people, didn't finish until 1115. We did not order desert. Drinks took 15-20 minutes, food order was incorrect. One party members order was confused with another's and that person got their meal well after everyone else was finished. There was no offering to credit the meal, in fact, they acted as if it were a favor that they would "rush" getting the persons food who was left out to the table.. If the restaurant were busy this would be understandable however, there were a sea of empty tables around us and throughout the restaurant. Very disappointing considering the food was pretty good.

Had anniversary dinner with the family. Food was great and our waiter, Herman, was fantastic. Herman made the experience terrific and Sullivan’s is lucky to have him as a waiter. First time going to Sullivan’s and we will return next time in the area!

Very disappointing experience last night at the Sullivan's steak house in Pittsburgh. We told our waitress when we arrived at 6 that we wanted to get to our concert next door at 7. She said no problem. The drinks we ordered took a long time to arrive, then the salads and appetizer too a really long time. At 730, our dinner finally arrived. We never even got our wine order for dinner and didn't wait for the desserts we had ordered. The problem seemed to be the kitchen staff and how long they were taking to get food orders ready for the wait staff to deliver. Another patron told us about how they also had waited a really long time for their meal. THere wasn't really a crowd in the restaurant and NONE of the tables in the area where we sat did not turn over a single table, so it wasn't like the staff was slammed. We complained to the manager and after some back and forth, he agreed not to charge us for the evening. It was nice to not have to pay for such a disappointing experience, but it was definitely not the experience I expected based on my experience at other Sullivan's location.

Food was mostly average tasting and of small quantity. Appetizer and cheesecake was better than entree and salad. Server was interesting and entertaining; made good drink suggestions. Nice environment.

The food was a bit pricey, but was delicious. Food was a bit slow to come out, but we were not in a rush. Ambiance was nice.
