Our meal was good. Two people ordered the prix fixe and another ordered the Cowboy Ribeye on Bone. The meat was cooked to the preference of those who ordered. On the other hand, although our waitress was solicitous and very nice, the wait was exceptionally long, especially considering that the restaurant was not very busy. Some of the things that were requested, for example some more butter for the bread, were so late in coming that the bread was cold and the meal about over before it was received. Since it was requested prior to the arrival of entrees, this was really quite a long time. It took a very long time for the entrees to come and then a very long time for the desserts that were ordered. This visit was not as good an experience as our meal there last year. We are willing to try again, in hopes that there was merely a staffing issue or some other problem in the kitchen on this particular evening which is not usual.

My wife and I went there for dinner for my Birthday, living in KOP for the past 10 years this was one of the restaurant we near visited. And plus our neighbor gave us 2 gift cards so we have to use it. We were seated very quickly no waiting which is a plus. A total of 3 staff members including our waitress came to our table and each said they will bring bread to our table (a little bit later about this). I ordered the bone-in steak and my wife ordered the pan seared sea bass. We got our food, my steak was good but my wife sea bass was still frozen in the middle! Yikes, in a well known restaurant like this, how could this happen? Well, she finally got her new sea bass dish but I was already finished my steak. You don't want to eat cold steak and she doesn't eat beef, she ate the side of mushrooms I ordered. As all this is happening, our waitress is nowhere in sight? We have to tell another waiter about my wife's sea bass. She finally came over and ask how is everything and when we told her about my wife's dish she had no clue. And the restaurant wasn't even busy at the time we were there. This one was cooked correctly and she enjoyed it. Oh, we still didn't get our bread! Until we ask for it but by the time the bread finally came out both of us had finished our dinner. Well, there's always a first time for something and there's also a last time for something as well. For a well establishment, it was a bit disappointed. However, the manager did credit us for the starter dish.

My wife and I went to Sullivan‘s last night for dinner and the service was great and we really like the waiter. The food tasted great and didn’t have any concerns about how the food tasted. I was a little disappointed that when ordering the dry aged tomahawk steak that most of the weight was actually bone in the steak itself wasn’t really big for 100 bucks. So basically I spent $100 on a steak and I left hungry. I also think that the best Glass of wine on the menu that you can order by the glass the duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon and it is for $35 a glass when that’s probably over half the cost that they pay for the bottle. There should be higher quality wines by the glass on the menu for Steakhouse. I wish I could’ve just actually bought the bottle for $100, but my wife doesn’t particularly like that type of wine and I wouldn’t be able to drink a whole bottle by myself.

Sullivan’s was a disappointment. The restaurant was not crowded and the waiters were standing around, and hanging out in the lobby. The service was poor. There was no follow up when our food arrived. Our table wasn’t cleared and we waited a long time for dessert, water, etc. we spent a lot of money for our dinner and will not return. It wasn’t worth it.

We were here for the Business lunch which was excellent. Taj, our server, was most accommodating and knowledgable as he guided us to our final choices. I have been to Sullivan's for dinner more than 2 dozen times and now I will be a regular for lunch. The wedge salad, Delmonico steak, and sauteed spinach were excellent.
