We went to Sullivan's steakhouse on 9/28/2024. We were a party of 5. 3 out of 5 filet steaks were sent back for being under cooked, when they reserved them 2 were still under cooked and the third was overdone. Service was far from what you would expect from a $100 a plate steakhouse, we have been to plenty of steakhouses in the past. This place was lass than desirable. Steakhouses always keep your drinks filled, tables cleared of crumbs, waiters and waitresses always checking in with you. Not here, we had to ask for refills on drinking 3x, table was never scraped for crumbs once and when it came to desert they were out of tow of the top desert choices. We will never go back here, it was our second time due to the fact we were given gift cards, Bothe experiences were the same. They are just a step down from what an expensive steakhouse is supposed to be.

Cauliflower appetizer was delicious.. Both are steaks were very good. Mine was supposed to be medium which I was told was pink throughout. It came back medium rare. Still was good. Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes were also very tasty. The only issue was that my wife ordered a club soda. It was flat. No bubbles. We rarely send things back but decided to ask for a new one. The 2nd one came back flat too.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Zack, our waiter, was polite, quick, and helped provide us with an overall great experience. The combination of service, food, and ambiance is the reason why we alway choose Sullivan’s as our steakhouse of choice in KOP

Cesar salad, steaks and apps, were not up to steak house expectations. Comparing to Capital Grille, Delfrisco not even close. Outback steakhouse compatible but charged more for same quality of food. Service was good and attentive didn’t see the manager at all about the steak I sent back…poor representation. I won’t be coming back and would suggest that to others who expect a high quality steak dinner for the $$$.

We had lunch at 12:00 on a Saturday before headed to an afternoon of shopping. It was so quiet - we were the only table until about 12:45. Food was delicious, service was wonderful. We asked to see lunch menu and ordered from there - it was a great deal. Overall great experience! Will definitely be returning.
