Celebrate Thanksgiving at Sullivan's Steakhouse and join us for a traditional holiday feast. We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $51 per person ($25 for children). We will also be serving our dinner menu full of signature items. Brought the family for Thanksgiving dinner! We loved it! Had wonderful service, fabulous food, great ambience! Sullivan’s will most likely be our go to for Thanksgiving dinner!! Thank you Sullivan’s for working so hard to make our holiday Fabulous!!

Had a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving meal at Sullivan's. Turkey was as moist as I have ever had. Portions were large, Walter was a terrific server and price was reasonable.

Where do I begin… I’ll start with what went well. The restaurant was aware of our reservation. It went down from there: -15 minutes to be greeted at the table and placed cocktails and appetizer orders, no water though. Another server noticed and did provide. It was odd though, the original team of servers asked if we wanted bubbly or tap. Apparently they were just curious. - 20 minutes later(35 minutes in)to have the incorrect cocktail delivered -30 minutes after the make good cocktail delivery (we had been there over an hour) the opportunity to place our dinner order -45 minutes later (nearly two hours in) our entrees were delivered, without the sides we ordered -20 minutes later the rescue water server appeared again to ask if we wanted dessert -finally, the original team of servers arrived and provided the check. Overall, it lasted over 2.5 hours. If the place was packed I could have kind of understood the shocking length of time. There was no acknowledgment on the part of our “team” of servers. The “rescue” server was the only server that seemed to be trying to do anything. I wanted things be better as it was a special evening, I won’t make that mistake again.

Second time with HORRIBLE SERVICE we will not be back Food was just ok and they forgot to bring out one of our appetizers drinks took forever We will not return !

The food and ambiance was wonderful. I was very surprised the restaurant was not busy. Our server, Tracey, was outstanding! Will definitely be back!

Update -- the manager followed up with me from a private message I sent after this experience and was very nice and apologetic so great recovery and looking forward to a better experience next visit. Things happen it's a tough level of excellence to meet consistently. We've been eating at this Sullivans for over 20 years, mostly for special occasions. It has been our go to special occasion steakhouse. This was only the second bad experience in all of that time but deserves an honest review. I have high expectations and they have usually been met but not this week. I think it was mostly the servers fault but not sure. The appetizers (2 orders of calamari and 1 of tempura lobster tail) were cold and I mean cold no warmth in any of them nothing like cold fried food to leave a greasy taste in your mouth, not sure where they were sitting but definitely did not come out promptly. Then the main courses took forever (over an hour from ordering) again my steak was cold, not just not hot but actually cold. I was not expecting a Ruths Chris sizzling plate but a warm steak fresh off the grill is realistic for the price paid. Just very disappointed as we were entertaining family from out of town.
