We went to Sullivan's to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and had a horrible experience. It started before we even got in the door with a rude valet parking attendant. We were seated at a nice booth with a pleasant waitress but the Cajun rib-eye steak that we ordered "medium rare, leaning towards medium" was delivered raw. We asked that it be cooked some more and it came back less raw but still...definitely too rare for us. At that point we did not want to send it back a second time...we had been in the restaurant for over an hour and felt like another round on the grill would make things worse. There were small fruit flies buzzing around our table all night and the crab fried rice we ordered was too salty to eat. The manager did stop by our table later, he looked at my steak and agreed it was not cooked properly, said that re-cooking it again would most likely ruin it and offered me a free dessert which was lame since our waitress had already told us that dessert was on the house for our anniversary. The bill was almost $200 and the meal was terrible. At a minimum the manager should have comped the awful steak. If you're going to run a "high end" steak house, the least you can do is hire people who know how to cook a steak and a manager who actually cares if you come back because we will not be returning to eat here again for any reason. Restaurant dining is very expensive in Charlotte these days...I understand that...but hold up your end of the deal and provide me with a meal that is actually worth the outrageous price you're charging me.

Having been evacuated from the flood areas of the NC high country, we were thrilled to rest in the calm, warm atmosphere of this property. The wait staff was professional and caring; the food was voluminous but delicious. Enjoyed a glass of Belle Gloss with the French Dip sandwich and the signature burger for my wife; both done to perfection. Would recommend and return. Many thanks.

Although the music and some guests were quite loud, the service and atmosphere were fantastic. Overall, it was an excellent experience with the person that I love.

This was our 1st dining experience at Sullivan's but it want be the last! Everything was top tier! Its a bit pricey but worth it! Oh yeah get the cheesesteak egg rolls so good!

We were celebrating our first Anniversary and I decided to bring my wife here. We were treated with AWESOME service from the time we pulled in the parking lot until we left. The food was the best we had in a long time. The both of us ordered the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Everyone was nice and polite. I would recommend this place for a date night or anything else. Just know you gonna get what you pay for. Great food and service

Sullivan's Steakhouse exceeded our expectations. The cheese steak egg rolls and charbroiled oysters were standout appetizers, while the filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Even the spinach salad impressed. The ambiance struck a balance between elegance and comfort, with tasteful lighting and artwork. Food presentation was notably upscale without being pretentious. Our server, Darryl, deserves special mention. Despite the restaurant being short-staffed, his knowledge, recommendations, and attentiveness were impeccable. He significantly enhanced our dining experience. The staff's thoughtful acknowledgment of our anniversary was a nice touch. Overall, Sullivan's provided a memorable family dinner that was well worth the occasion.
