Celebrate Thanksgiving at Sullivan's Steakhouse and join us for a traditional holiday feast. We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $51 per person ($25 for children). We will also be serving our dinner menu full of signature items. Had a great time with family for a birthday. It was our first time with Denitsa. She was awesome. Meal was excellent, her recommendations were stellar. Highly recommend her. Looking forward to our next trip there.

This was an amazing experience for our anniversary. The service was top notch from start to finish. Our server Jada was fantastic and she should be the one training all new servers that come to work for the restaurant. I cannot say enough about her professionalism. Super Great job Jada!!! I will be telling others about this restaurant.

Only people sitting in bar. Food took almost an hour. Multiple people behind bar the entire time, yet struggled to get ice tea refill. Food was average, not bad, not great. Plenty of food options in this price range that are better choices.

Extremely slow. 35 mins for drinks that were made wrong and charged incorrectly. 2 of 8 food orders were incorrect and we left without getting our desert after being there almost 2 hours. Still paid full price so we weren’t late for a show.

Another great experience e at Sullivan's. Abagail was our server and did a great job. Thank you!! All the staff is excellent! Steven the GM helped us again and we are very thankful. This place never disappoints!

We went to Sullivan's to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and had a horrible experience. It started before we even got in the door with a rude valet parking attendant. We were seated at a nice booth with a pleasant waitress but the Cajun rib-eye steak that we ordered "medium rare, leaning towards medium" was delivered raw. We asked that it be cooked some more and it came back less raw but still...definitely too rare for us. At that point we did not want to send it back a second time...we had been in the restaurant for over an hour and felt like another round on the grill would make things worse. There were small fruit flies buzzing around our table all night and the crab fried rice we ordered was too salty to eat. The manager did stop by our table later, he looked at my steak and agreed it was not cooked properly, said that re-cooking it again would most likely ruin it and offered me a free dessert which was lame since our waitress had already told us that dessert was on the house for our anniversary. The bill was almost $200 and the meal was terrible. At a minimum the manager should have comped the awful steak. If you're going to run a "high end" steak house, the least you can do is hire people who know how to cook a steak and a manager who actually cares if you come back because we will not be returning to eat here again for any reason. Restaurant dining is very expensive in Charlotte these days...I understand that...but hold up your end of the deal and provide me with a meal that is actually worth the outrageous price you're charging me.

Having been evacuated from the flood areas of the NC high country, we were thrilled to rest in the calm, warm atmosphere of this property. The wait staff was professional and caring; the food was voluminous but delicious. Enjoyed a glass of Belle Gloss with the French Dip sandwich and the signature burger for my wife; both done to perfection. Would recommend and return. Many thanks.

Although the music and some guests were quite loud, the service and atmosphere were fantastic. Overall, it was an excellent experience with the person that I love.
