    We had not been to sullivans in a long time and decided to meet friends for lunch. It was average at best. Overpriced is an understatement for the quality. My husbands steak was below average and way to much fat for the price We wont be back anytime soon!! We got 2 entrees and a few drinks no dessert no appetizers and we dined off the lunch menu and it was 200. Would only go back if someone else was paying Haha. The restaurant needs a facelift, its tired and stale. Way too many better places to enjoy a quality steak and glass of wine for half the price!! Do better Sullivans

    Very disappointed in the food, decor and management! Can you believe they served an undercooked or raw Steak 3 times in a row. We said forget it and just wrap it to go. The manager couldn’t care less, like it’s normal. The best was yet to come, we were having dessert and another waiter brought out a 4th steak? Our waiter was ok and apologized but the restaurant was run poorly. After 4 mistakes they should have comped the entire meal. Also it’s Christmas, how about dressing the place up vs. having a few wreaths. Never again

    This was my go to restaurant prior to the pandemic in the 90’s and 2000’s. Came back shortly after the pandemic and it wasn’t the same we decided to give it another try for the first time tonight. Wife sent her French onion soup back. It was greasy with thick hunks of onions in it. The bread didn’t come out with the meal and it was cold and looked like a child had prepared it. The sweet potato casserole looked like it had pine nuts instead of pecans and cinnamon on it. Had to send baked potatoes back for reheating because they were cold and I don’t know what was wrong with my ribeye because I’m still on the toilet. It wasn’t sizzling when it was delivered just warm. Meat must have been tainted. It will be a very long time before I go there again if ever. My $280 when down the toilet and in the garage for real. I should have realized something was wrong when we had to wait about 10 mins at an unattended greeter’s stand and we were the only customers waiting to be seated at the time. Waiters were all in training or so very new although our waiter was ok. With the heavy upcoming expected Xmas traffic, this restaurant better get it together quickly or it will be empty during the holidays. The cooking staff needs some real attention. You can get by with a little subpar service as long as the cooks can cook and the food is good and priced reasonably. But if not, you might as well shut the whole thing down until you get everything working like a fine oiled machine. I’m shock about the direction Sullivan’s has gone. It was right up there with it parent Del Frisco’s and Ruth Chis, Morton’s, Steak 48, and Capital Grill restaurants at one time. Hurry and fix it while you still have the time.

    First time here and I was told already from another friend that the service was bad. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but I wouldn’t choose Sullivans steakhouse again. The amount of money that you’re spending with the service that they provide is ridiculous. We spent over $500 on food and waitress wasn’t checking on us asking if we wanted to order more drinks, she took forever to bring our checks out.

    Very bad experience. Sat down at 7p got food at 820p. Tables around us sat after us finished and were reseated with guests before we got our food. Filet was half gristle, ordered med rare was almost raw. Potato was cold bernaise was cold. Husband’s king crab legs were perfect his oysters were also good. We shared so I did get some dinner. They did comp the meal but we had to speak to the GM after he offered a 15% discount. We didn’t think we should pay for it since we left it there and didn’t see our server to correct it for almost 30 minutes and the rest of the food was gone. Paid check at 920p.. We think they have staffing issues in the kitchen. Which I know can be difficult. Just a bummer since it was our first visit.

    The restaurant was pretty empty but our food took longer than every other table to come out. The waitress made several mistakes. She also failed to inform two of the guests that a one lobster dish was an add on, so instead gave each of them 2 $90 dishes to run up the bill. They pointed out exactly what they wanted on the menu. Also, our soups came after our food. Although I’ll return because I typically don’t have these issues there, my family refuses to return. I will say the waitress was very sweet.

    The valet situation was ridiculous. One poor teenager on duty, cars backing out onto busy South Blvd...took forever, I ended up giving up and this was a Thur. I cannot imagine what it is like on the weekend. Really foolish business decision on the their part. It started the night out with a high level of irritation that clouded the dinner. The food was good, the service was very good. It is extremely noisy inside. We were with a group of six and you had to yell to be heard when talking with the person across the table.

    Wonderful dining experience, everyone from Sullivans was very friendly from the time we entered, throughout the evening. Our server was outstanding, helping with every request. All 4 of our meals were cooked to desired temperatures. 2 of 4 were celebrating birthdays and our server joined in the singing of Happy Birthday! 🎉
