Le Sullivan's est un steakhouse américain situé dans un quartier animé qui propose les meilleurs steaks et fruits de mer de la région, des martinis maison et de la musique live. Le restaurant vous propose une cuisine raffinée dans une ambiance vivante. Highly disappointed I called a week in advance before 2/15 to confirm that I can book my reservation at 10:30 pm and was told that I could . We arrive at the restaurant and was told that the main dining room was full and that if we didn’t want to wait bar seating was the only other option . Not even 5 minutes into sitting down a server tells us we should Just leave because they are about to close and our food will probably be wrong . I am highly disappointed with my 5 mins experience . I took a uber to the restaurant just to be turned away at the door . Not the experience I was hoping for whatsoever

Darryl was the best server! He made our first time there memorable— from the recommendations to the attentiveness to his joyful spirit. 10/10 would recommend! The crab fried rice, crab stuffed shrimp, salmon, steaks— everything was excellent.

Had an excellent experience at Sullivan’s. Ambiance was great and the Cajun ribeye was one of the best steaks that’s I’ve ever had. The mezcal mule is also a must try if you love a great drink.

The service was great he was very nice . The asparagus had no flavor and my steak was cooked incorrectly one side was the way I asked and the other was cooked to much was burnt on top.

I came here for Valentine’s Day and received some of the worst service I ever had at a restaurant and a manager who completely ignored our table.

First time dining and for a special occasion. Hostess was very nice and we were greeted with a smile. Waitress could’ve been more attentive. We were seated 5mins after our reserved time, but waitress didn’t acknowledge us until 35mins later. Food was good, but I feel that all entrees and sides should come out TOGETHER in a timely fashion and not 15 mins apart. Overall, we made it a great experience ❤️

The food was very good at Sullivan's last night. Starters for us were appetizer and salads which did not come out at the same time. We were still holding our menu's when the starters/salads were delivered and finally we flagged down our waiter to take our main course choices so we could get rid of the menus in order to enjoy the starters/salads. The meal did not come out all at the same time. One guest had to wait almost 5 mins for her scallop entree, and the sides were delivered about 3-4 mins after the main entree was delivered. Also the personnel that delivered the food had know idea whose entree was whose's, isn't that on the ticket, I see that as very unprofessional for a high end restaurant. The 8oz filet my husband ordered was low quality with lots of gristle. We ordered a bottle of wine which was decanted, however, the waited never poured our wine in the glasses and never refilled the glasses. Unfortunately, the waiter was overwhelmed. There was no bus person to clear the plates, the waiter had to clear the plates himself at every table he was servicing which diminished his ability to offer the attention each table required. The waiter was apologetic and offer us free dessert. We have eaten at Sullivans 4 or 5 times over the past couple of years and this was our worst experience.

This was our first time at Sullivan's and we will definitely be back! No complaints at all, from the atmosphere to the food to the server! Arista was fabulous from the time she walked to the table and we wanted for nothing. She was extremely pleasant and attentive and I would certainly request her section at our next dining!
