                                                                                We always ask for Jeffrey to be our server. The drinks were very tasty! From the bread to the dessert, the food was awesome as always!

                                                                                We had the privilege of having Jeff as our server tonight-he never disappoints! Makes great recommendations and always a pleasure to chat with. The meal was outstanding-from the NY strip Oscar-best I’ve ever had-to the filet and the pork chops! Always a wonderful dining experience-best food in Anderson by far!

                                                                                Sullivan’s restaurant is the finest, not only in Anderson but, in the entire area. Fine dining, gourmet dining both apply. There is variety to satisfy any taste. The service matches the same excellence. Our server Rachel, was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. She rates five star. When we dine out for any special occasion Sullivan’s is unquestionable choice.

                                                                                As a "loyalty club" member, I was excited to share Sullivan's with an out-of-town guest when the BOGO email arrived earlier. I made my reservation via the email and assumed that all I had to do to take advantage was mention the BOGO promotion. The person that seated us told me to tell my waiter when it was time to settle up. After one of the less memorable Sullivan's meals (from the "new" menu which has eliminated their popular shrimp and grits completely), when time to settle the bill came, as directed I mentioned it to our snarky junior high school waiter. He said I had to show him the e-mail, either a paper copy or on my phone. I don't do e-mail on my phone and based on the email, which stated to "use the BOGO code" and said nothing about presenting the actual email, I hadn't printed out a copy. I asked to speak to the young man that seated us. After a fairly long absence, the snarky waiter returned and told me that they were making a one-time exception and allowing the BOGO. I was embarrassed in front of my guest. Please remove me from the "loyalty club," as this is not the kind of experience I plan to endure or share in the future. I live in downtown Anderson within a block of Sullivan's, but fortunately we have many other good and pleasant places to dine.

                                                                                Food was excellent, but I wasn't happy with the server. He added a 20% tip when he brought the bill. I will never use that server again.

                                                                                I requested a booth and was told there was none for me but from the time i entered and the time I left, there was one booth totally empty the whole time I was there. I have been coming to Sullivans for twenty years since I moved here and food was always good. This time my dish was awful. Do not think I will be back. Also very unlimited menu to choose from. I booked my reservation as soon as it appeared in my e-mail early in a.m.

                                                                                Was a bit disappointed with our meals. The trigger fish seemed salty. One guest ordered meat medium and it came to him rather rare. Not sure I like the new menu change. Is there a new chef?
