Loved it as always! Had the rib eye for a change and it was great! Great restaurant , great staff!

They had a huge party seated next to us, but our server did a great job and was quick to have someone else helping us, too. Food was amazing!!

Have been to sugar bacon before but I will not be returning. The service was HORRIBLE. There was no wait when we got in so I don’t understand why it was so horrible. They keep water on the table so you can refill your water glass. It was taken off our table and not returned. After waiting more than 30 minutes after we ran out of water we finally tracked our waitress down and she seemed annoyed when we asked for water. The ménage a big was pretty tasty but the ganache covered bacon as part of that was disappointing. All the other bacon was thick while the ganache covered bacon was super thin and you basically just got chocolate. The Gruyère and bacon hushpuppies were good. The best part was the sauce. The pork chop was the only entree that we ordered that was really good. The chicken sandwich that was supposed to be spicy was sweet. Big turn off. The macaroni was mediocre. Overcooked. My daughter asked for a sauce when got our food. It wasn’t u til we were all finished and waiting for our check before she returned with the sauce. What normally takes us 1-1.5 hrs took us 2.5 hrs because it took forever for anything. My pre-teen kids were literally falling asleep at the table they were exhausted and we were waiting so long. We enjoy this restaurant but we will no longer be making the 30 minute drive here to eat.

The food was amazing and waitress was great. However service was very slow. We had a 7pm reservation and food didn’t come out until 9:00. We were with friends and having a great time so not a huge deal, but we were all surprised the food took so long. It appeared the tables around us all had the same issue.

Great food. Service and bar were both very slow. We would definitely go back but just don’t show up Hangry

This was an anniversary dinner for us and was a very pleasant experience. Olivia was our waitress and she was great. Food was very good and the sugar bacon appetizer was delicious.

It was our first time at Sugarbacon Proper Kitchen and we loved it. The host and assistant general manager was so friendly. The waitstaff was amazing. We will definitely go back.

Food was great as well as the drinks. Restaurant was very hot and folks all around being vocal about how hot it was. Servers said they were having issues with Ac. You might want to inform folks you have limited Ac for dinner service. Service was also extremely slow although very apologetic for being slow she was still very slow. Hadn't been here in a while probably won't be back.

Food wasnt great but it wasn’t bad. Fried tomatoes were fried hard. Bland without the sauce. Burger ordered was described as dry. What killed the experience was gnats. They were everywhere! We swatted every second before asking our server to move us. And still .. gnats. Just hanging out on our plates and water glasses. Unfortunately, we won’t be back
