    Food was horrible too over priced and it was so loud you couldn’t talk….waiter spilled drinks everywhere and did not bring napkins to clean it up…soda never came once ordered…

    Everything was great except for the server - she didn’t check on us frequently, never brought extra plates for the kids, had to ask for straws and napkins. She needs more training.

    Not the sugar factory of the past. Overpriced, quality down. Not much Candy. Server did her best to make my daughter’s birthday nice.

    Slow service and only a handful of tables with people at them. Very dull vibe when I would have thought by the drinks menu it would be fun and uplifting. They tack on 20% tip if you have more then ONE person. I usually tip very high but in this case would have only tipped 15%. The bathroom was disgusting!! For 2:00 in the afternoon there is zero reason they can’t keep up with it.

    Limited menu. We’re told we could only order off brunch menu at 10’ on a Monday . Poor staff. Have been to other locations and this by far was the most disappointing. The waitress brought the check and didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert. Automatic 20% tip.

    Food was nasty and salty. The waiter ignored us for about 45 minutes until she took our order. The drinks did taste good but the food was terrible. I will not dine here again. The bill was $225.35 and they added a 35 dollar gratuity charge. This place is only for pictures and that’s it. I tried to get a refund for the food and they bluntly told me no.
