Definitely a tourist thing. Went at 2pm on a Saturday & overall customer care was okay. The chicken tenders, fries and strawberry cheesecake French toast were delicious. The pan fried salmon salad was disappointing. The salmon itself was perfectly cooked, however, small. The lettuce were mostly white or yellow. Not much greens or freshness. Almost an afterthought or that people don’t order salad. I even had the brown end of the salad on my plate. Had to force myself to finish it because of the cost. One of the servers was also spraying Windex on the table next to us and she sprayed far into the table that we could taste it. Not something I’ve experienced before. Quite expensive for the quality & to pay a required 20% gratuity is outrageous overall.

Fun, great ambiance in restaurant, delicious food and plenty of choices and quantity provided. Drinks are fantastic.

Very lovely place to dine in. They have so many options on brunch it’s insane. Had a great time, will visit when I come back to the city again.

Third time I come to sugar factory but first in time square and it never disappoints. My daughter was happy and wants to come back again next year for her birthday lol!!! Thank you!! She loved the colorful pancakes and insane brownie shake

My brunch date was amazing Amanda energy bought it all together. She was great thank you, the food is delicious and the drinks are spot on! I would love to come back for my birthday.

Lovely atmosphere and workers. Everyone so friendly and there was no wait for our reservation nor food. Our waiter Abby was awesome.

Was not impressed at all. For the price, the food was not good. I was better off going to a fast food restaurant.

Service was slow for one drink. Drink taste and appearance was great, but with all the ice, it’s over priced.

We have been to many different sugar factory restaurants all over different cities. I have never seen such a bathroom in this condition!!! No toilet seat !!! Literally. The food is the worst I have ever tasted. Literally was a joke. Worse than diner food . The servers were great- this review has nothing to do with Service. The ambiance for birthdays perfect but know going here it is not for the taste of the food - it is literally for the vibe and birthday energy!
