We have been to many different sugar factory restaurants all over different cities. I have never seen such a bathroom in this condition!!! No toilet seat !!! Literally. The food is the worst I have ever tasted. Literally was a joke. Worse than diner food . The servers were great- this review has nothing to do with Service. The ambiance for birthdays perfect but know going here it is not for the taste of the food - it is literally for the vibe and birthday energy!

Went here for the first time with my kids and it will be the last time. The food was awful and the service was terrible. The waitress lacked customer service etiquette.

The music was so loud we sat down and decided we couldn’t stand it and left before we ordered .

Took my 11 yr old for her birthday. Atmosphere, service (Fernando was awesome), food was great. Just think it’s a little overpriced. IMO, $32 for a lemonade w/ candy is crazy! The ladies restroom upstairs was horrible! 3 stalls but only 1 was working and that 1 was extremely dirty. The floor was wet and the trash can was overflowing.

I’ve been to the Sugar factory before and then me packet industry and never experienced what I experienced at the one in Times Square we were seated approximately 340 our reservations wasn’t until four however, once we got to our table, she sat us five minutes after arriving, I will wait didn’t come until about 4:05 which then he literally rushed us to order I wanted to put in the appetizers before the food. He told us he couldn’t do that because it was a big party coming and the kitchen has to prepare for the big party, we had to put in the appetizers and the food altogether. He rushed us once that happened. I wanted to order for my daughter. We were done with the food and it was time for us to leave. He then proceeded to if we went to dessert when we didn’t even look at the menu he brought back a menu and then didn’t even have the things that we wanted, once it was time for us to pay that’s when he wanted to talk to us and be nice because he wanted to even though the gratuity is already included in the bill

Very nice waitress but food came out cold. Many other tables around us were also having issues with poor food and errors in their orders. Appreciate the waitress and her kind response to the issues.

Our server was very nice. However the atmosphere was way too loud. Most of the wall decor wasn’t working, and the restrooms were horrendous. One toilet didn’t have a seat and the toilet paper holder was half ripped off the wall. Food came out quickly but half was cold.

I would never recommend dining here. I noted when I made the reservation I that this was a birthday dinner and the hostess wished a happy birthday when we entered. While we were there, 3 other guests were sung to by the staff and presented with birthday cakes, there was no other acknowledgment for us. I ordered a Patty Melt that was described as a hamburger with Swiss cheese and onions on grilled rye. I received crumbled ground beef, no cheese, not rye bread. I was unable to find wait staff and after 10 minutes began to eat. When I called the waiter’s attention to what I was served he politely apologized but offered no remedy. The Shirley Temple was a watery pink drink and no cherry. We ordered the fruit fondue for desert. The fruit was fresh, and the cake was delicious, but the brownie was rock hard and inedible. There was no flame or burner to keep the chocolate warm and dippable. No atmosphere. The music was so loud we couldn’t converse and was nothing at all but Latin and rap. The window was dirty and there was a dead fly on the window sill. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

It was me and my husbands first time at this restaurant. We were celebrating our anniversary. The music was great, Food was super tasty & the Customer service was great. We will definitely be coming back

My chicken wings were rubbery and two of the wings were under cooked. Cold and red blood coming out. The music was super loud at times. SUPER LOUD!! The bathroom had no toilet paper. A worker used the restroom and didn’t wash his hands. The slider burgers . Didn’t taste right. Something didn’t taste right. I would not go back or refer this to friends or family.
