We felt as if the meal was being rushed throughout the entire time we were there. Gratuity was also included for a party of three which seemed strange because our waitress failed to explain the bill. The food came out cold and needed to be sent back. Overall, best thing about the visit was the classic milk shake and NY cheesecake

Food and service were good but it was a 90 degree day and they had no air conditioning. We were sweating at our table and couldn't enjoy it at all. We also asked for a birthday acknowledgment for the 2 teen girls who were with us celebrating and never got it.

Food was good and menu was good. Service was horrendous. Bathroom was dirty. They added 20 percent and it was the worst service I’ve had ever. I live in Manhattan. Proximity to theater was a plus.

Love the experience of this restaurant and all the different options. Food was great. Reason for my rating was service. I don’t know if they were all new or understaffed but they service was terrible. Milkshake took longer than food and was ordered first. Waitresses were all over the place and with bad attitudes. They add 20% tip automatically for all parties 1 & over so I guess they don’t feel like they need to keep up.

It was a cute spot for pictures. Food was fine but nothing that special. Not a good value.

Big disappointment. I was fooled by the advertisement about this location and was excited that I didn’t have to go downtown. Boy was I wrong . This place is small, dirty and overall not the typical Sugar Factory vibe that we are use too. The service was slow and I felt like the restaurant was slimy and sticky. The waitress spilled the mixture for the smoked drink so the table was sticky. Never came back to clean it up. The brought me out the wrong martini , my fajita tortillas were so greasy that they fell apart and I couldn’t even bite into the dry chicken . The windows in the whole place were filthy as well. Don’t waste your time here . Sadly I think that the Sugar Factory is on its way out.

Restaurant is tired and dreary. Waiter was good, server was rude. A/c not working properly upstairs and the restaurant was uncomfortable. Food was prepared carelessly. Restaurant felt like a rip-off. We have dined at other locations and this was the worst.

I didn’t get my birthday celebration but 8 other parties did during the time we were there. They placed us in the busiest area and a lot of people were there obviously sick. Constantly coughing and sneezing. The waitress was barely listening to us and the drink didn’t come how it said it would on the menu. It would’ve been better to just sit at the bar on a day that’s not your birthday. It was kinda depressing.

Food was ok, pretty overpriced. Milkshakes were not worth 14 and 20 bucks. Margarita was undrinkable. The music was so loud it was hard to think. And it was obscene rap music blaring in a near empty room. It’s a restaurant, or a nightclub so not sure why they felt the need to have the music so loud even after we asked them to turn it down. We almost walked out after they turned the already loud music even louder. The server was nice, but the service was extremely slow. Overall not a good experience- basically a tourist trap.
