Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New York with their new Times Square location. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats is set to open in New Yorks famous Times Square.

They never song happy birthday and I requested when I booked my reservation you were coming all the way from Newark New Jersey

Was very disappointing experience. Was for my daughters birthday and we were ignored, had to ask for utensils. Was offered long after we finished our meal to see menu.., 40mins went by and i had to ask for the check. I’ve been to other sugar factory locations and was looking forward to celebrating my daughter’s birthday instead was just a unpleasant experience

I usually dont write reviews but this was my worst experience in a restaurant. I arrived at the time of my reservation they seated me right away, when the server came she said that it was only brunch until 2, so we decided to order some drinks until two, she came and took our order, the table next to us was ordering from the regular menu before my table arrived but i didn’t want to cause any trouble so we waited, after our order was taken another table next to us tried to order from the dinner menu and they got told that it was brunch until 2:30, so they were picking and choosing what table was allowed to order from the dinner menu, beside that the food was cold, i had to wave to the waiter like 4 times for water, it was my niece birthday and because of that service we decided to leave and not even sing her happy birthday.

The music was way too loud. We had an appetizer and left. Plus, it was not very clean either. Not the Sugar Factory I remembered from a few years ago. Very disappointing.

Ambience was great - although staff was nice they really didn’t have it together. All food was cold and it came out one at a time in a weird order - fries, then chicken fingers and the Nutella waffle. All cold! My drink came at the very end after dessert. We didn’t have extra forks and no extra plates even though we were all sharing came. A mess! The place was gorgeously decorated and the dessert presentation was way above par. So mixed review here

Service was bad! Took a while to be sat even with a reservation. Then took a while for the server to even come to the table. Never checked on us and had to walk the cc to her to get the check bc she hadn’t been back. Food was good- obviously you’re paying for the experience. Was definitely not as good as I expected.

🎃Very disappointed in this restaurant in the middle of pickpocket alley, Times Square. They do have Halloween decorations but no Halloween music. The food was a big letdown. We had the sliders but the bread was so stale that it crumbled as soon as you picked it up. They charge you $35 for a Halloween drink that is pure sugar water. The service is okay but overwhelmed. You are better off going to a haunted house and then to McDonald’s. You would get better scares and much better food. You have been forewarned!😲

Food was very mid, can prob get better food at a fast food place. Drinks wer okay, has a headache afterwards because it’s mostly sugar. Cool ambiance tho.
