Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

Went here for my BFFs Bachelorette party. She wanted to be sang to. We paid a 25$ fee with any order of desert. Boy did they deliver!!!!!! They had the light shut down and half the employees came out with light wands singing let's get married had the whole restaurant got involved. It was fantastic would definitely go back!!

The service & staff were all very friendly. The food was beautifully decorated. The experience was great especially when celebrating birthdays❣️

Our server was not that busy to keep on top of serving me and my wife. He brought us some water and thought that what we wanted to eat with our meal. The food was the worst. I had to ask them to represent my wife birthday even though it was in the reservation. When they did come by there was only two people in the restaurant. Did I tell about the food being terrible.

Fun place. Food meh. Memories were made though! Prices are very high. Portions are too big. Smaller portions that are possible to be finished= lower prices.

They were so friendly and helpful. They made my son’s 21st birthday something special! We will definitely be back!

It was packed with many large birthday parties so it took quite awhile to get food. However Alicia came over & asked if they could get us anything until our food came out. They were kind. We had a reservation and still had to wait 25 minutes for a table. It's a fun place. I can understand why it's a popular place for teenage birthdays.

Food was very good and milkshakes were delicious very loud but overall beautiful restaurant just wish the tables were more spaced out felt very close to other diners but would return

The server was great, the issue we experienced was at the beginning, the hostess was visibly struggling to facilitate the reservation as well as seating our group. We celebrated a special Birthday for an 8 year old girl and the 2 associates made a special song for her to highlight the experience .
