Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

Service was great, they were celebrating a lot of birthdays and a few of them had dance numbers included! It was great! Everyone at my table had a great time and loved the food. 10/10

This was our first visit to Sugar Factory.. The food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was lively and everyone was pleasant and helpful!

I AM NOT A KAREN LOL JUST GIVING AN HONEST REVIEW!!!!!! Went there for the experience. Won’t honestly go back. A bit expensive but I already figured that was gonna happen. The food wasn’t the best. Appetizer was the Macaroni Pops and they were very dry. Meal was the Big Cheesy Burger (me and husband had the same burger) and they both came out undercooked. And it wasn’t very cheesy. It just had the same Mac and cheese from the appetizer so it was dry. And they forgot one of the toppings on the burger that were listed (onion straws). The food just came out way too quick as well. We got our appetizer and meal under 10 minutes. Also the plates were very small. Felt like I was gonna drop my food on the table from the burger. Before I could finish my one pop my meal came out. Felt rushed. Also I upgraded my side to onion rings instead of fries and that was terrible. The onion rings were over cooked which made them extremely crunchy, felt as if I was gonna break a tooth and the onion itself was over cooked that it practically disintegrated in the frier. And my husband fries were all stuck together into a ball like they didn’t fry them right or something and they were cheap fries like from a mom and pop shop. Our waiter was good he did his job however we felt the tension. He was not having a good day. Felt as if he kept rushing us. The dessert was the only good part about it. The shakes are AMAZING. I got the Cookie Monster Insane Shake. Worth the price for sure. I would only go back for the dessert not the food. REPEAT::: I AM NOT A KAREN JUST WRITING AN HONEST REVIEW!!!

Restaurant was inside the casino but wasn't very noisy. Drink prices were too high. Food was just ok. The staff was very nice and professional

Great place to eat and indulge with a shake. Make sure you reserve. The area is small but not uncomfortable. Be mindful of parking because it is in the Hard Rock so be prepared walk. Use your phone to read the menu, the font is small. Food is good. We did not have alcohol. Portions are sufficient. Shakes are epic!! if you have a sweet tooth that is your place... lol...

Reserved a table for 3 for my birthday 🥳 We got seated quickly the waiter was very nice and helped us with options for drinks and food they came and sang happy bday to me. It was amazing me and my friends a enjoyed the music the crowd and the energy.

We were there to celebrate two graduation achievements. This is a place where you go to celebrate at any age. The manager went out of his way to make sure it was special and congratulated. We enjoyed everything very much and ended our meal splitting a banana split that was outstanding.

My daughter celebrated her 14th birthday at Sugar Factory Friday night. The team at Sugar Factory did an amazing job. The service was perfect! The food, photos, music all made for a fabulous party. Thank you so much!
