Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

Food was very good and milkshakes were delicious very loud but overall beautiful restaurant just wish the tables were more spaced out felt very close to other diners but would return

This was wonderful. A bit pricy and they don’t sing like they used too. But still beautiful and had fun.

The server was great, the issue we experienced was at the beginning, the hostess was visibly struggling to facilitate the reservation as well as seating our group. We celebrated a special Birthday for an 8 year old girl and the 2 associates made a special song for her to highlight the experience .

The Alfredo Pasta with chicken was terrible! The sauce was was watery and very little was used on the noodles, the check was dry and bland.

Our server Joey did an amazing job, but the hostess was no where to be found and we waited 10 mins and finally tracked someone down and she said the hostess would be right there and it was another 10 mins. We almost left because we had older people that needed to be seated. On top off that it wasn’t hardly busy. Not sure why someone else couldn’t have seated us. Overall Joey did a great jog waiting on us!! Very attentive!

First time visiting. Overall, the experience was nice. The dining space was a lil too cramped. Waiter was attentive. Food was hot and tasty. Price of food was reasonable. Free parking in Orient parking garage.
