Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Brunch just got sweeter at Sugar Factory American Brasserie with the debut of its high-energy Branson Brunch party every Sunday from 1-8 p.m. Attendees can expect an electric live DJ, live saxophone entertainment, party-style bottle presentations with letter board displays and sparklers, strobe lights, LED party robots, neon glow sticks and confetti cannons. The food was awesome! Tiesha made sure our boys had an awesome time especially after finding out it was their birthday!

Very pricey Food was okay. Shakes were delicious but filled with more whipped cream that shake Our waitress was wonderful ! I loved the decorations , the ambiance!

Robert was our server and he was absolutely amazing. He made our process super seamless and easy and our food was serve very quickly and accurate. It was my daughter’s birthday and we enjoyed our evening with family and friends.

The actual birthday song and presentation is good. The food is over priced microwave food. Disgusting. It doesn’t taste like anyone is actually in the kitchen working. A hostess named Christina was extremely rude to my family as we were celebrating my grandmothers 87th birthday. The general manager was nice and tried to make up for her rudeness. The best part was the photographer. We were able to get some great pics , in beautiful frames. She was patient and helpful. If you choose to celebrate here just go for the dessert. Eat before u come.

My wife and I had reservations for 11:30am and we arrived promptly. When we walked to the check-in area, the hostess was not there. We then walked inside the mostly empty restaurant and no one approached us to be seated. We asked a waiter and he said that we had to wait for the hostess. We eventually found her inside the store side of the establishment. She said that she was trying to “run a customers card.” When she finished, she asked us if we had reservations. We said we had them for 11:30am which it was now well after. She made no apology for the delay and acted like we had disturbed her. After being seated, we waited for quite a while before our waiter arrived. He apologized and said that no one told him that we were seated in his section. He did offer us free orange juice and coffee and apologized for the mix up. This was our first time visiting this restaurant and will probably be our last.

At first upon arrival , we were not greeted. We had to ask a worker for assistance. The manager came and sat us. Her demeanor was not pleasant and we're standoffish. This review is based on the good service we received from our waiter Robert, he was nice attentive, made our experience fun. He should be the manager there.
