Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

    Our server Moctar was very nice and professional. What I did NOT like the SugarFactory adding a 20% mandatory service charge and that did not include the gratuity. We had a large bill and was dismayed by the fact that additional money was need to give the server a tip. Absolutely ridiculous for customers to pay extra to provide for the entire staff. Its like a communal tip jar.

    Nice place and food is decent. Takes awhile for the order to be served but I’ve had worse. Servers very sweet.

    The food here isn't good at all. Neither is the drinks. It's overhyped and expensive af. Do not come here.

    The food and service were great. It is pricey but usually do this for a special occasion and the fan fare is really nice. Recommend for all..maybe not babies.

    I had a great greeting from start to finish. Waiter was nice even offered a choice of drinks but I stuck to what I know lol. Food was fresh and tasty! 2nd time here but not my last!

    Atmosphere was good, food and drinks on point. Laughed alot, hubby enjoyed himself. We will be coming back.
